I really enjoyed my volunteering in the hostel, all staff involved are friendly, always putting you to social activities or just drinking out of your working hours - which is really easy with free drinks for your shift and discounts :) ... Thanks to other bartenders for putting me straight away to work and teaching me basics and their willingness to advice whenever I was a bit lost :) And must appreciate the girl in charge Michelle, very friendly while involving me into the hostel and patient when I needed some changes in my shifts....

Eu realmente amei a experiência no hostel. Se você está buscando um lugar tranquilo e com uma conexão com a natureza eu super indico. Paracas é um povoado bem pequeno e um pouco carinho, mas o voluntariado te oferece duas comidas o que deixa a vivência na cidade mais barata. Os voluntários podem usar os Kayak e dependendo da época do ano da pra ver golfinhos e leões marinhos. Michelle é a melhor anfitriã que tive até hoje. Ela é super tranquila e ajuda muito a fazer do ambiente de trabalho um lugar muito divertido. Eu amei muito este voluntariado e cada pessoa que conheci!

I for sure recommend it!! My experience at the hostel was awesome! The whole staff was very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The fact that I am learning Spanish was not an obstacle, they helped me to enhance it and were given me tips daily. About the facility, the hostel has a nice infrastructure, from hammocks to stand-up paddles and kayaks that are free for the volunteers! Last but not the least, the hostel is in front of the beach, so it could not be better!!!

I had an absolutely amazing time volunteering at the hostel! The hostel is very cool and Paracas is a beautiful place. Michelle is an excellent bar manager and the entire staff was so friendly and really welcoming, you feel like you part of the family at the hostel! It's a great place to meet locals and practice Spanish as well. I'd definitely recommend the hostel to any and everyone!!

The team here were super welcoming and we felt at home straight away. Michelle was great at teaching us how to make many different Peruvian cocktails. The bar is a very popular and a good place to meet locals and international travelers. Our experience at the hostel was amazing and would definitely recommend it to any travelers looking to spend a few weeks at the beach in Peru.

Daniel and Lois have been very efficient in their stay as volunteers, they have supported in all the daily tasks, they have made new friends, they are very sociable, and their energy at the time of fulfilling the activities is very good. They are always alert and willing to help. I recommend them to any hostel where they wish to volunteer and we hope they come back, here they will have their Kokopelli family.

Voluntariar no hostel foi incrível, estava com um pouco de medo, pois foi meu primeiro voluntariado fora do Brasil, mas me senti abraçada por todos em especial a gerente Michelle que é um amor de pessoa e me ajudou demais, sempre paciente e compreensiva. O hostel é incrível perto de tudo. Eu recomendo o hostel a todos. Gratidão a todos. o hostel marcou meu coração.

Jayne ha sido una voluntaria excelente, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad, colaborativa, amable, de fácil aprendizaje y divertida. Logro conectar con muchas personas, con las que aún mantiene amistad. The hostel really feels like home. All the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Fabian, the bar manager, is so easygoing and he's also always there to help. The hostel itself is amazing: good infrastructure, clean, great environment and the food is delicious! The procedures are very clear, what makes the work flows easily. Everything is always organized and the shifts are dynamic. And I need to say that the dorm for volunteers is very good, comfortable and clean!! I just loved it!
