Programa detallado

As a volunteer, you’ll support the daily operations of two properties:
a small hotel with 9 rooms and a nearby vacation rental with 3 studios and 2 houses.
Our team is small, so your work has a direct impact on daily operations.
Main tasks include
Cleaning rooms and bathrooms to a high hospitality standard
Keeping the shared kitchen and common areas consistently clean and organized
Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs when needed
Occasionally helping in the garden or with small errands
We’re looking for someone who is
Reliable, independent, and proactive
Very clean and detail-oriented – cleanliness is a core part of this role
Flexible and willing to support daily operations where needed
Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear expectations
Accommodation & conditions
You’ll stay in a private room with bathroom and fridge and have access to a shared guest kitchen for self-catering.
Meals are not included.
The atmosphere is calm, respectful, and surrounded by nature, while still being only 500 meters from town. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates quiet surroundings and understands the responsibility that comes with hospitality work.

Actividades & Turnos

Activities
Independently cleaning complete rooms and apartments to a high hospitality standard
Changing and washing bed linens
Keeping shared areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
Assisting with basic reception tasks when needed (check-ins, guest support)
Working either at the hotel or at one of our vacation homes, depending on operational needs
Shifts & Work Conditions
24 hours per week
2 days off per week
Working hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Weekly work schedules are communicated up to one week in advance, as tasks depend on changing check-ins and check-outs in a hotel environment
Couples or friends applying together
If two people share one room, each person must work 20 hours per week
Working together at the same time is not possible
Tasks and schedules are assigned individually
We will be considerate where possible, but this rule is firm
Important
Volunteers are responsible for keeping their own room clean in their free time
(this is not counted as work)
Meals are not provided, but a shared kitchen is available for self-catering

Reglas

House Rules (applies to all volunteers)
All house rules that apply to our guests apply to volunteers as well.
Keeping your private room clean is entirely your responsibility.
Reliability and punctuality are expected at all times.
The shared kitchen and dining area are also used by guests and must be cleaned thoroughly after each use.
Volunteers may use the dining area; the lounge area and hammocks are for guests only.
Be present, attentive, and proactive.
This exchange is for people who genuinely want to contribute, not only for free accommodation.
