The hostel was an amazing experience! The team and the other interns were super welcoming, and the vibe was always fun and social. I met so many great people and felt at home right away. The work was kinda chill (at least in the low season), and I always felt appreciated. I'm really grateful for my time here and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a Workaway in Montreal :)

I had such a great time at the M! This is the place to go if you want to make friends from all over the world. Montreal is a beautiful city as well. At least in the off-season (when I was there), the work is not very challenging and usually a lot of fun. If you are a social person, this is perfect for you. I will never forget my time at the hostel. Thanks to the whole team!

I had an unforgettable time at the hostel! If you're looking for a friendly team and a pleasant working environment, you've come to the right place. I was also lucky enough to meet many other volunteers and make new friends and experiences. From working together to various activities, there was always something interesting to do. I had the best time at the M 🫶🏻 Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it quickly felt like home The tasks were easy and the amount of was hours respected :) the managers were always helpful with our requests I will definitely miss this place and the staff ! <3

I had such a good time here with people from all over the world and made some close friendships. It's a modern hostel with many facilities: a big kitchen, a café, a bar with pool table, ping pong and a rooftop with 2 jakuzzis! We had daily events in the hostel like a comedy show, karaoke, beer pong etc. The location is just a 15min walk from the Old port and next to the big shopping street Rue St. Catherine, where you can also find many nightlife and food opportunies. The tasks were helping with the laundry, cleaning the kitchen, vacuum, barhelping and leading walking tours 25hrs a week.

It was a real pleasure having Sandra with us! She was not only a dedicated and hard worker but also brought such a positive and uplifting energy to the team. Her stories from her travels around the world were captivating, and her natural way of connecting with both guests and staff made everyone feel at ease.
