Kitchen and Cleaning Assistant Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Food Preparation Support
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
Help prepare simple dishes like salads, sides, and appetizers as instructed by the head chef.
Measure and organize ingredients for recipes as needed.
Kitchen Cleaning and Maintenance
Helping cleaning the rooms.

Programa detallado
Breakfast Service (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
Set up the dining area: arrange tables, chairs, and prepare the buffet or service station.
Serve coffee, tea, juices, and assist guests with food selection.
Refill food and beverages as needed, ensuring all items are available and fresh.
Clear tables after guests finish, removing plates, cups, and utensils.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area throughout the breakfast service.
Cleaning Assistance (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment used during breakfast.
Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including countertops, floors, and storage areas.
Sweep and mop the dining area and kitchen floors.
Empty trash bins and dispose of food waste properly.
Restock supplies for the next breakfast service (cutlery, dishes, napkins).
