My experience at A.J.K.E.F. lasted about 2 weeks. The most rewarding part was teaching French at the local school, especially the exchange with the older children who were really eager to learn. The family is really nice, and the neighbours as well. Food was tasty. Of course, you need to adapt to the conditions of the slum. The host is always there for you and happy to accompany you to city tours, shopping etc. however, I highly recommend that you combine the staying with other volunteers or friends to hang out together. If you wish to know more, I'm here to answer your questions :-)

Thank you so much. It was truly an amazing experience hosting you, and we are so grateful for the time we spent together. You became an integral part of our "family," and your positive attitude, hard work, and willingness to learn made a huge impact on both the project and everyone here. We deeply appreciate your contributions, and cherish the memories we shared. It was a pleasure to have you, and we hope to have you again in future. You’ll always be welcome with us.
