Mi experiencia con el hotel fue auténtica y bastante enriquecedora. El lugar es remoto y está lejos del bullicio de la ciudad, pero eso es precisamente lo que lo hace especial. Las instalaciones y los alrededores son sencillamente increíbles y una paz difícil de encontrar en otros lugares. Como voluntario, las tareas y actividades estaban claramente definidas. El equipo local fue sumamente acogedor y servicial; siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar, lo que facilitó mucho el trabajo.

Me encanto mi estadia realmente lo recomiendo Maren y los chicos son muy amables pacientes y flexibles a la hora de enseñarnos las tareas diarias como voluntario nuevo, nuestros horarios y en general como funciona cada cosa que te hace sentir como en casa. El hotel es bastante acogedor y tranquilo si necesitas un momento para ti y ni decir de la playa que esta bastante cerca del hotel cruzando la calle, no conocia La Ventana me impresiono la cantidad de actividades deportes acuaticos que se pueden hacer tanto ahi como en La Paz :D.

Mi experiencia en Chango Mango fue hermosa. Maren estuvo siempre dispuesta a que mis días en su hotel sean los mejores, ayudándome y explicándome lo necesario cada vez que hizo falta. El trabajo se hace muy llevadero y las horas se pasan rápido con el buen clima que se genera entre voluntarios y personas hospedadas en el hotel. Realmente lo recomiendo y volvería a hacerlo muchas veces!

Fue una experiencia hermosa, vine con la idea de quedarme el tiempo mínimo y terminé extendiendo. Maren y Hugo son anfitriones increíbles y todo el equipo de cocina y limpieza termina convirtiendose en familia junto a los voluntarios. Las tareas son simples y para alguien sin experiencia como en mi caso, vas a tener toda la ayuda necesaria . Las instalaciones están muy lindas, siempre limpias y cómodas. Todo es muy flexible y se puede conversar. Sin dudas que se convirtió en mi hogar acá en México y seguiría volviendo a visitar el Chango Mango. Todo lo necesario y más para ser top voluntariado

I can recommend volunteering at Chango Mango one 100% if you like contact with international travellers, bar work, and healthy lifestyle vibes. The work is very well organized by Maren and Jack, + you'll have lots of fun with the other volunteers!!! La Ventana tourism is mostly centered around water sports but there is SOOOO MUCH to do, like snorkeling, hiking, ...the community of international travellers (mostly US citizens) and locals is WAUW. Hitch-hiking is so easy here to get around and VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED to get to know the many inspiring and interesting people that La Ventana hosts <3

Great experience working at the hotel! Nice vibe, so accessible to beautiful nature all around! Jack, the manager, was very caring and a great person to work with. Rooms were great as well and having access to water gear was a huge plus!

🇫🇷 Amazing experience! The team is super cool, Jack, the manager, is really attentive to your needs and a very nice guy. The location is absolutely perfect for spending a month in the sun sailing and diving! In short, I loved my experience, just go for it!!

I had a really great time in the hotel. Maren, the owner, is so nice and flexible. We are well accompanied, I felt supported and listened. The town is cute, the hostel is nice, people who work there are nice… Don't think twice and apply in the hotel you won't regret it! Thank you again Maren and Hugo for everything!!

I love my time working at Chango Mango, Maren is super enjoyable to work for and very understanding when I needed to switch shifts or take certain time off. I loved the community in La Ventana and felt welcomed right from the start. I would highly recommend this position!
