We are sorry Rogeline that you have that perception of the hotel management, in particular with the owner who made sure you had everything ready. On the day of your arrival you arrived at 10pm at night the next day you were supposed to work at 7am and it was not until 9:30am for you to start work so you could rest.
When you say ''ultimatum'', you misunderstood the concept, only a change of schedule was suggested so that you could be there in the afternoon/evening and that you could change with the other volunteers.
Regarding the management management I seem to remember that the last week of work you left on Thursday 28th and in that week you enjoyed your holidays and only worked one day.
We do everything possible so that the volunteer has all the comforts, single room, as was your case, breakfast buffet service, where you had no limit to consume all products, you also took food for the rest of the day and no one said anything. Even, the day of your departure you took food for your trip, and nobody said anything.
Management is not satisfied with the valuation that you have given us, we believe that it does not correspond with the treatment and the facilities that you have been offered.
