I had really good time in the hostel, helping organizing activites. I'm working remotely and it was not a problem to adjust it with my volunteer schedule. The place itself is increible and there are various activities. Alvaro and Ryan are really welcoming and treat you like family from day 1 :) So if you're looking for a place where you can have fun working - apply!

Eu amei todos os dias que estive voluntariando. Os horários são flexiveis e a demanda é cumprida como plenejado. O lugar é maravilhoso e há sempre muita coisa para aproveitar. Tenho um carinho muito grande por todos os amigos de trabalho, me senti amada e acolhida por todos. Aprendi muitas girias locais e desenvolvi habilidades laborais. Obrigada a todos por essa experiencia, vou levamos comigo sempre com muito amor. Foi um prazer dividir esse tempo com vocês. Um obrigada especial a Ale, que confiou sempre no meu trabalho :) Alayeeeemmmm

During my volunteer work at Socialtel Mancora, I was particularly satisfied with the quality of the welcome offered to people, as well as the adherence to work schedules. The clientele was generally friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even more positive. However, the accommodations provided were not always in optimal condition , which could be an area for improvement to enhance the volunteer experience. I would recommend it at anyone who wants to work in a good atmosphere and discover the north of Peru

Experiência linda, intensa, de muito contato com os locais e com os hóspedes e visitantes. A equipe de trabalho é muito receptiva e adorável. Ter as 3 refeições no dia me ajudou muito a manter uma melhor rotina e os diferentes ambientes que o hotel oferece também permite desenvolver as atividades que quer, em especial o coworking para quem necessita trabalhar ou estudar. Vou sentir falta dessa vida mágica
