Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e simplesmente não poderia ser outro, o lugar é incrível, as pessoas são incríveis e os animais tbm, tommaso é incrível foi muito paciente comigo pois não falo inglês e com toda certeza pretendo voltar para conversar mais, também o q fez minha experiência ser incrível foi um casal de voluntários que estavam comigo tenho só á agradecer a todos.

My second time at the farm just made me remember why I wanted to come back! Working in a farm that respects nature and the environment is just the base of this great project, that also gives you the opportunity of meeting and living with people from all over the world with different backgrounds but that are there for the same reasons: helping, learning and having a good quality time. Grazie Tommy for hosting this amazing volunteer project and I hope to go back again in the future!

My experience at the farm was just amazing - the farm is beautiful, the work is fun and Tommaso is such a welcoming and caring host. I really enjoyed taking care of the animals and learning so much about all the vegetables and fruits! Everything is well explained and working hours are always respected - had plenty of free time for trips to milan and abbiategrasso or just going for a walk by the river. I'm gonna miss the sunsets at the water, the shared meals & moments full of laughter throughout the day! Thank you for everything, Tommaso!

I had the absolute best time at the farm! We harvested lots of different vegetables but the work changed each day and was always fun. I really loved when Tommaso would teach us a little bit of history about the vegetable, it really made the experience unique to Italy. Spending the days feeding the animals, harvesting lots of veggies, cooking with the other volunteers, riding the bikes and exploring abbiategrasso with new friends are just some of the memories I'll cherish forever. This was my first volunteering experience and it couldn't have been better. Thank you Tommaso!!

This place is so lovely. I love it so much that I even don't wanna leave. The work is not hard, clearly explained ( Tommaso is so patient and teaches the volunteers about vegetables) and hours are respected. Feel lucky and grateful to have been here and met other volunteers. We laughed so much together. It was so fun. 100% recommend this place.

1° experiência com a Worldpackers não podia ser melhor! Tommaso é uma daquelas pessoas raras de se encontrar, gentil, paciente, flexível e com um coração enorme. Desde o primeiro dia me fez sentir em casa. o sítio é um lugar mágico, cercado pela natureza e por uma paz difícil de explicar. O voluntariado foi muito mais do que eu imaginava: um mergulho em novas culturas e momentos que vou guardar pra sempre. Gostei tanto que estendi minha estadia. Conheci pessoas incríveis, trocamos experiências, risadas e histórias em várias línguas. Cada dia aprendi algo novo sobre o mundo e sobre mim mesmo

Daily tasks are joyous— even therapeutic at times. We harvested numerous vegetables. We tasted unfamiliar fruits. What a gift to eat them freshly picked! The bike ride to town is lovely with the countryside as your scenery. My favorite ticino river holds quiet places to breathe and reflect. The farm is beautiful. Imagine starting the day during a soft sunrise, droplets on misty grass reflect the light while trees slowly appear through the fog. It's easy to feel poetic here :) Tommaso is kindhearted, a patient teacher and immensely generous. Grazie mille! I will treasure these memories <3

10000% recommend this experience :D Tommasos's farm has a calm and relaxed atmosphere which made the work enjoyable. The tasks were simple and always clearly communicated and the hours fully respected. My favourite parts were making lunch together after work, bike rides to Abbiategrasso for gelato, or trips to Genoa and Milano and Lake Como. The animals, the people, and the place - all 11/10! The place is beautiful with a canal and a river going by and fields around. The work was usually going on from 6 till 10 so you have almost all day to yourself and there are bikes which you can use to go to the town and on the bike rides. Tommaso is a kind and understanding host he picked us up from the train station and explained the work very well 😁
