The hostel is very well located. They are trying to improve the hostel more each day. The schedule is very flexible. The work is not difficult, shift with 2 or 4 hours per day. The manager (Darko) is friendly, and the owner (Maja) is a very patient and understanding person.

Volunteering in the hostel was a good experience. Maja is very respectful and the job, at reception, is quite easy and chill as soon as you understand how it works. The room where volunteers stay is quite small, but it can be manageable. Also, I had a problem with the mattress I was sleeping in and when I told Maja, she promptly solve it. She's not much at the hostel, but she's always available, at anytime and for anything that's necessary, which I highly appreciated :)

The hostel is really well located, Maja is a great and comunicative boss, the workload is perfect if you're a digital nomad such as myself as you can organize everything around your schedule. On the other hand, the conditions of the hostel were not the best: the room where volunteers sleep has no ventilation and it's dark; also there's only one shower for everyone in the hostel which is not ideal. I highly recommend working with Maja and you'll meet a lot of people who travel around the world. I'm pretty sure the conditions will improve to make this a 10/10 experience.

Maja was great, welcoming and supportive, she was always available if I have any doubts and she was very clear about her orientations. The shared mixed room was small but we managed to organize it. The work was simple but there are some things that could be better organized but Maja was always available to help. Overall the hostel environment is really friendly.

I appreciated my experience and that the agreed hours were respected and enjoyed interacting with the guests. I slept in a mixed dorm for volunteers, which was peaceful. The tasks were easy and could be even simpler with some small organizational improvements. The owner is flexible and open to dialogue, which makes the experience smoother. I also found it to be a great chance to practice my English, which is still a work in progress. Thank you very much for the opportunity.

Foi bom, hostel fica no 6 andar, não tem escada, o fogão tem somente uma boca e quarto dos voluntários pequeno mas razoável

Maja as a host was wonderful and was able to deal with any situation that arose perfectly. I'd say overall there was a slight issue with one of the staff members that as a female wasn't great and I was slightly uncomfortable but that was the only big issue. The hours are good and the work is relaxed and easy
