El hostel es increíble, asi como las personas, que son muy amables, buena onda y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Siempre voy lembrar de ellos con mucho cariño. El trabajo es simple y tranquilo, SUPER recomiendo hacer voluntariado allí. Yo iba quedarme cuatro semanas y terminé quedándome 6, República Hostel se tornó mi casa con mi familia en Cartagena. Solo tengo que agradecer por todo y por todos, especialmente a Daniel y Stefany.

Hacer voluntariado en República fue increíble!! 🥰 Todos me recibieron muy bien, desde Daniel hasta todos los staffs que trabajan allá, y me hicieron sentirme como si estuviera en casa. Las actividades son tranquilas y sencillas y también se cumplió la cantidad de horas laborales acordadas por semana. Cuando aplique para el voluntariado, tenia planes de quedarme apenas 4 semanas, pero al final lo estendi para casi 7 semanas. Los recomiendo muchísimo!! 😃😃

Fue increíble, de esas experiencias en las que al final te preguntas por qué no lo había hecho antes, conoces gente bonita tanto nativa como extranjera, aprendes cosas nuevas y tienes suficiente tiempo para conocer la ciudad y alrededores.

El voluntariado está bien . te dan cama y desayuno como lo dice acá. Pero si esperas tener horarios fijos y organizacion,y profesionalismo no es este. Ya que acá se toma en cuenta como le caes a la Gerente y a la coordinadora de voluntarios , más que como seas trabajando. Yo por mi parte note mucha diferencia y casi que un poco de discriminación en algunos casos. suelen hacer diferencias depende de que país seas. a mí me pasó. el Hostel es hermoso y la gente d ( recepción, mantenimiento, mucamas un 100 son lo más ) . el resto Ada Gerente , Isabela Coordinadora de voluntarios decepcionante

One of my bests experiences as a volunteer, very welcoming and kind team, specially Liney, the chef who i was assisting in the kitchen. Very good located in the middle of Cartagena, i would highlight the beauty and the aliveness of the hostel, hosting international people and integrating everyone. Workload very light. I would love to come back if i pass by Cartagena again.

Minha experiência no República Hostel foi muito positiva. Apesar de ter me candidatado como bartender, atuei como promoter, convidando hóspedes para as atividades. Foi uma vivência enriquecedora, que me permitiu praticar inglês e espanhol com pessoas de diversas nacionalidades. Tive horários flexíveis e recebi apoio do Jhoan em momentos necessários. A equipe foi sempre acolhedora e respeitosa, tornando o ambiente de trabalho agradável e colaborativo.

This has been my first volunteering experience and I can say I have begun with my right foot. The Hostel offers a wide variety of interesting activities which the volunteers are encouraged to participate. The tasks are easily handled and there is a competent and helpfull staff to give us a hand whenever we need. My thanks to them and to Jhoan for an amazing experience at the heart of the beautiful Cartagena!!

My experience in the hostel was amazing! The hostel is really nice, a lot of events, the volunteers room it's perfect and with air conditioner. I connected a lot with the other volunteers and also with the locals who work there. The tasks are easy. The hostel is in the historical center, there you find everything you need and it's safe! Gracias Jhoan por recibirme!
