La Experiencia

Whether a novice or seasoned bartender, we offer comprehensive training. We seek proactive, team-oriented, sociable, and flexible individuals. Some days you'll bartend under Mas' supervision for top-notch service; others, you'll assist on the floor. Your role will depend on your personality or if you are keen enough to learn. Commitment to professionalism is paramount in this role. We have other two bars and you will help with various task.

I had an awesome time volunteering at the host. I felt trusted and pretty free in my role as the temporary resident DJ and felt like I had the tools and support to do my job. Mas and Michael are really great to work alongside; they look after you, create a positive working environment and are also just sound people that are fun to hang out with. the host, all the way from the owners to the volunteers, feels like a family, and it's one I'm glad I was adopted into. I'm gonna miss tearing up the decks and I'm really gonna miss my fellow volunteers who helped make my experience so enjoyable.

My time volunteering for Mas was a blast. Despite being new to volunteering, Mas's welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Creating mural art at her the host was a fantastic opportunity, and her connections introduced me to other mural opportunities in Malaysia, expanding my horizons. Even on my days off, I was at the host, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and practicing my English with customers. Beyond work, Mas's warmth fostered genuine friendships among us volunteers. Her flexibility and kindness made the experience unforgettable, and I'm eager to return to KL to reconnect with them.

Masnita is a force of nature! She knows what she's doing and you know she means business. She has so much experience in the industry and is so open and willing to teach, train, and mentor. I learned so much from her. Our bond went beyond work and it was just so nice to have a person to talk to about anything. They made all volunteers feel welcome and at ease. Mas is incredibly generous and is also flexible with hours, tasks. Although I applied for bartending she trusted me with other tasks so I got to see behind the scenes of her venture. Don't hesitate! Apply! It will be a blast I guarantee:)

I had a great time at the host! Mas is super welcoming and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. I didn't have any prior experience and was given plenty of opportunities to learn everything to do with bartending. I ended up helping out at three different locations and even got to try my hand at making cocktails. Do bear in mind that you'll be working late hours so definitely more of a job for a night owl rather than a morning person :) I had a lot of fun and will miss the other volunteers, the host staff and regulars!

The host, Mas, is lovely and will do everything she can to make your time in KL great! The rest of the volunteers when I went were amazing people, so clearly she knows how to pick 'em. If you like socialising and having a drink with good people, this job is for you.
