Fue increíble. Aprendí muchísimo y pase días hermosos con gente que vale la pena al 100. Robbie, doña Ara y Dani hicieron que sea todo más lindo y que siempre estemos cómodos. Agradezco mucho todo el amor que brindaron, me sentí en familia 🩵 Sin dudas volveré al refugio

La playa es hermosa la experiencia muy positiva en todo sentido especialmente vivir rodeado de tanta naturaleza, convivir con más viajeros y con gente local es una experiencia única. Las tareas son fáciles de realizar y tienes tiempo libre durante la semana para hacer otras actividades cercanas así que puedes aprovechar a conocer más lugares. La comida es puede mejorar pero siempre puedes comprar comida y snacks cerca.

La experiencia en el refugio fue hermosa! La experiencia de ver a las tortugas nacer y liberarlas fue increíble. Me sentí muy bienvenida y al cabo de un tiempo ya sentis que estás en familia. Si bien hay tareas para hacer durante el día además de los shifts también hay tiempo para descansar y relajarse. Vivir en el medio de la naturaleza y en frente a la playa es hermoso. Creo que las actividades que se organizan a la noche es muy divertido y positivo para unir al grupo, me encantó la propuesta. Si tengo que decir algo para mejorar podría ser la comida ya que se torna muy repetitiva y básica.

I had a wonderful experience in the shelter. It's a very remote place from the city, but you can enjoy the camp and do activities with the other volunteers. The staff was very welcoming. I recommend coming here to experience the jungle.

I had a wonderful experience volunteering here! The team was super nice, I made great friends, connected with nature, saw lots of animals, and the food was DELICIOUS! The project is meaningful and not only about turtles. During my stay, there were no turtles due to beach conditions — I knew this could happen, but some volunteers didn't and felt disappointed. It would be nice to make this clearer so people come with the right expectations, because the experience is still amazing even without turtles!

I had a great time at the shelter Reserve! It is such a beautiful and tranquil place, exactly what I wanted and needed. You can spend days observing nature around you, including looking for sloths, listening to the sound of monkeys and watching them jump from one tree to another or be mesmerized by the size of crabs in the jungle! It is truly an inspirational place and Robbie is a great manager, always happy to help and share his knowledge about the place. I met so many wonderful people and had a blast contributing to the local community as well as enjoying the tranquility of the place.

I had a wonderful time leading my group trip at the shelter! It was so eye-opening to learn about all the environmental damages this are has faced in the last year. The food was delicious and the people were wonderful!
