As volunteers are very new to the hostel, not everything has its order so far but they are trying to do their best. Nothing is easy at the beginning so sometimes you need to be patient but I really liked, that they put a schedule at the beginning of the month so everything was clear, when you need to work. It was also possible changing shifts with other volunteers and so on - it was very flexibel. If you already have appointment tell them in advance for the schedule- that's what I did. The amount of hours was okay, the location of the hostel is also fine and close to the main station. 7/10

Had a great time at the the hostel! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you, it's in general a very welcoming environment. I also found that they really cared about your time in Berlin and gave tips on what to do in your free time. The work itself was not really what it said when I applied but the tasks were pretty easy and chill so not a big deal. The location is pretty central and a 10 minute walk from the central station where there's lots of different trains/buses passing through which was convenient. Would recommend!

Hey Everyone! My experience was as a costumer care in the hostel! is fully recommended if you are a person who enjoy meeting with multiples groups and talk with them. Also was really nice help in the bar in all the tasks needed. The team in the bar is awesome. The group of worldpackers was perfect to enjoy time together and help us each other in the different steps of our lifes. Like always, the place will be pleasant as you choose to share it with the people there! Thanks all the managers who let the space possible. All the best wishes.

I loved my time in this hostel. The job was really easy, and you have a lot of time off to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport, so getting around was a breeze. I also enjoyed the communal spaces where I met travelers from all over the world, sharing stories and experiences. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I truly recommend it.

Perfect experience!!!! I felt like home since the moment I arrived. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. The host was super kind, always checking on us if we were having a great time. The communication was always good and easy. I feel like we all became a big family, both volunteers and staff. I recommend it 100%, would love to go back. You can also explore a lot of Berlin, the location is incredible!!!

I spent a month at the hostel and had a great time! Staff are friendly and patient and happy to help both with work and suggestions of things to do in the city. Having breakfast with the rest of the staff was a particularly helpful way to integrate into the team :) My task was checking rooms for maintenance issues which was straightforward, even if not discussed before I started. As part of the first group of volunteers, I felt that effort was being put in to make our stays comfortable, such as getting a fridge and washing machine separate from guests. Overall I would recommend ! :)

The hostel is good experience if your looking to come to enjoy Berlin. Be aware it is a corporate hostel not a backpackers one. So expect to be treated like a employee of the company at times not a world packer. The staff are enjoyable to work with and welcoming which makes the experience. The facilities are mostly clean and modern and you are offered 3 meals a day. During my time there were times it felt sometimes management was out of touch with the world packers and employees which caused unnecessary pressure and anxiety which was frustrating at times in the work place. Overall the it was OK
