What an experience!! Our host family were so welcoming and gracious that we felt right at home! The fellow volunteers made for an amazing community. The school we taught at was awesome - the principal was very welcoming and the kids are incredibly eager to learn that we felt like we could really make a difference! If you want to do construction, you have to raise additional funds for the materials and labor help!! Only regret is that we didn't stay longer 😊

My wife, brother and I volunteered at the the organization and it was a great experience. We did construction at a local school and everyone was very friendly and helped us to learn Swahili. A nice surprise was that there was plenty of other volunteers there to hang out with. We even got to help tutor children at a local library after work (optional). Marccos cousin lives on the same property as the host family and speaks good English so he will help you do everything here. I would caution people to remember this is likely a very different culture from your own so be patient!

Melhor experiência que eu tive na vida, fiquei na casa da Conjepta e ela me acolheu como família, conversamos ainda mesmo depois da minha volta. Arusha tem meu coração e faria mil vezes se pudesse! 💗

Marko was great. He hosted us at his mother's compound which had many kids for our daughter to engage with. The accommodations were very pleasing as we had a whole two room apartment all to ourselves. We were here during the holidays so the food and festivities were great to witness. I spent my time here first helping the library with some necessary supplies through a donation i received the first day arriving. Afterwards I was helping Olchoki Primary School continue to dig the well they have been working on for over 6 months to hit water. Hopefully thru donations, they can continue to dig.

The experience was incredible, I have no words to describe how I felt. Personally, I consider it is a very enriching experience. I have met wonderful people, the host family is lovely and they provide you with everything you need. Volunteering makes you feel that your actions are worthwhile. I have also had time to travel around Tanzania, a super rich country in terms of relationships with people, nature, cities and delicious food. I highly recommend this experience at the the organization. Best regards. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

During my stay at Conjepta's house in Tanzania, I felt as if I was at home. I'll always have a place in my heart for those people who hosted me for this period. I highly recommend (this is for all Italians especially) having this type of experience and ignore all that is said by people who have never been abroad even once. People from Tanzania need for help every day, but despite that kindness and love are always guaranteed. In these terms, I strongly believe Tanzanians being richer than Europeans. For more info feel free to reach me.

The host family is very kind and makes you feel welcome! Marco came to the host family, the first day, to bring me to school. It is not true I had to get in a car. I would have appreciated it if he would have explained it to me that someone else would bring me to school. Eliza (owner school) brought me to school. I didn't feel safe in the car. There were 8 persons in the car, and the smallest kid walked around and pulled the wheel. Eliza was all the time on the phone. Also, it really felt that I was there only for the money. She was not grateful for what I did. The kids at school are amazing!

Thank you for your review. And I do all my best to have a good experience but according to your point of view is not fair to write that negative review while I already try my best to sort out for that problem and fixed but I'm so surprised you write the problem again through the platform I understand people are different.

And I will recommend next volunteer try to be socially with others volunteers. Gob bless you.
