Second time here and I feel like I still need more :) the hostel is a beautiful hostel full of history (albania's first hostel), full of art and full of love. If you come in the summer you'll find a hostel full of life, with a bar, good music and a huge team of people from all over the world. If you come in winter you'll find a cozy bubble, with bonfire nights, pool table side quests and plenty of crazy card games. The hours are respected, the food is delicious, and you can always find something fun to do. Lov you guys, see you next year again <3

I already knew I would like Albania, but I never imagined I would love it this much. Thanks to this wonderful hostel, I felt at home from day one. The people, the moments, and the memories will stay with me forever. Leaving with a full heart and already missing this place 🤍

I really enjoyed my stay here! I worked mostly on serving people breakfast which was easy and enjoyable, and I could have all the afternoon off to explore the city thanks to the amazing location of the place. But what I'll miss the most is all the volunteers - fun, vibrant people with such character and stories! Loved spending time with them, as well as with the travelers from all around the world. Thanks for everything <3

Amazing time in Tirana Backpackers! I which I could stay longer. I am glad I got along with other volunteers, good laughs, good music and good food shared here. The work scheduled is respected, every week they will let you know your time shifts and days off I would love to come back. 🐕‍🦺💕

I had the best time here! The staff and volunteers are amazing. We had so much fun. I ended up staying longer just because I couldn't bring myself to leave. The work is fair and the hours are respected. I highly recommend 👌 thank you all for having me. I'll miss you! ❤️

My experience was absolutely amazing, the hostel is well located in the heart of tirana, the space offered to the volunteers is super comfortable and the food is delicious. The managers and other volunteers are lovely and I didn't hesitate asking everytime that I needed help. The work is easy and the instructions are clear. I'm greatful for my time in Tirana's Backpackers Hostel and all the real connections I made there. Movie nights, bonfires and games nights will always be in my memories ❤️ I'll miss a lot my little family in Tirana!

Tirana Backpackers is a hostel that feels like home, it was filled with a contagious warmth that helped keep me cozy during European winter. I really enjoyed the work, offering to cover people's shifts because I wanted to. Don't be afraid of the morning shift , getting to walk to the local bakery and market to pick up fresh produce for breakfast was fun. The managers and other volunteers were all very lovely, Having movie nights and campfires we made the most of the off-season. The hostel made me fall in love with Tirana, It was very hard to leave, felt like I was saying goodbye to family.

A experiência foi simplesmente sensacional! O lugar é muito acolhedor, as pessoas realmente nos recebem bem e nos acolhem. Não é a toa que muitos voluntários ficam muito além do tempo, inclusive conheci pessoas que chegaram como hóspedes e ficaram. Os horários são respeitados, a comunicação é aberta, refeições muito gostosas e saudáveis e a localização é muito central com tudo perto. Foi a primeira vez que chorei ao me despedir. Sentirei saudades. Obrigada, time!

The hotel is cozy, and the location is excellent! It's a great place to meet new people, and I had a lot of fun during my stay. Illir and Kris are amazing people! However, the communication with the fixed volunteers could have been better, as it often felt passive-aggressive. These are details that can be improved to make the experience even better.

Working at the hostel in Tirana was an awesome experience for me! The hostel itself is so lovely and cozy, I felt at home very fast. The other volunteers are nice and it was easy for me to social and to explore the city with my new found friends! Sometimes the communication lacked a bit, or was passive aggressive. And the room stayed in wasn't as I imagined. Other volunteers liked the room a lot though. So personal opinions do vary. All over it was an lovely experience, and I'll miss the city and the people with my whole heart!
