Carlos was a really friendly and carying host. The atmosphere was chill and the tasks were more than fair. The nature is amazing and there are some activities to do (e.g. lagune, waterfall, ...) I would definetly recommend it!

I felt welcome at Carlos Finca from the first day. For a few days, I stayed there alone with the dogs (they are so cute) and the cat, since Carlos visited his parents. It is the perfect place to enjoy nature, practice Spanish and help developing Carlos project. After working in the mornings, we cooked, visited some villages, played cards and did a bonfire. I enjoyed the short time we spent there together and Carlos always tried his best to come up with activities and trips to get to know the area and people. Apart from that you can hike in the mountains and escape from the busy city life.

I really like this farm. It's a good a place to connect to the nature. It's very beautiful. There is good place to visit (Gacheta, Gachala, Ubala...).

I had a great experience volunteering here! Carlos and his father are very kind, the work is manageable and Carlos was very respectful of my time and did his best to help me get to know ubala and the surrounding areas. Keep in mind that this is a very rural area—there is good hiking and beautiful views, but otherwise there is not much to do and even getting groceries is a bit of a challenge because the farm is a few miles from the town of Ubala. Nonetheless I highly recommend!

Although I did not stay long at this volunteering, I enjoyed my stay. Carlos is super friendly and respectful. The tasks were absolutely fair. The host showed flexibility and a desire for improving the volunteer's experience. I loved interacting with someone who seemed so devoted to his projects and who had cultural exchange at heart.

It was a great experience out of time and out of civ' ! Carlos and Pedro are super nice and do there best to feel you home. The tasks we did were physically hard but i think we helped well the project and Carlos is now close to be able to welcome more people . Still lot of work to be done to be the project in the mountain and i think any of us can be a good hand to have a great impact !
