It was a great first experience as a volunteer. We had a great time! The welcome of Kevin and his whole family is incredible. They are all present to help us. Kevin and his brother Allan introduced us to their village and taught part of the culture of Guatemala. We had time for ourselves and also shared time with the family. It's a very generous family and with great flexibility, they are really multitasking! If you're passing through Antigua, we strongly recommend it. We would still have a lot to say... the easiest way is to come and live it.

This first experience as volunteers was the best we could ever have. Kevin, Dylan, and Allan, and all the family welcomed us with kindness and generosity. It was a professionnel but above of all, a real human experience. They were really involved in sharing their passion and their know-how with us, and helping us discover the local culture. It was not only having accommodation and meals, it was having a new family for life. Thank you for everything ! 🙏🏼 We recommend to everyone!

Kevin was a very friendly host. He provided a nice breakfast every day and took care of my well-being. However, the job description he gave me before I arrived was not what I actually did. He said that I would be helping on the coffee farm, which was actually the reason why I chose this position. However, I never visited the coffee farm. I just helped with construction and cleaning around the house. It rained a lot while I was there, which might have been the reason for my different experience compared to others. Under different circumstances, I might have enjoyed my stay more.

I had a good time volunteering with Kevin! He was very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our stay! We were helping him with DIY projects and didn't spend time on the farm due to the rain which may be something to think about if you're visiting durning rainy season. It was a brilliant opportunity for practicing Spanish however Kevin does have a good understanding of English too!

Kevin e sua família são ótimas pessoas!! fui muito bem recebida e sempre providenciava ótimas refeições. entretanto vá preparado para ficar muito longe do centro de Antigua e sem wi-fi rs.. tive que sair antes do combinado pois o quarto que fiquei era muito fechado e bem empoeirado, mas indico para aqueles que querem tirar um tempo para ficar só

I had a great time at this place! During the day, I helped out harvesting coffee and watering different plants. We worked in a nice pace, and took breaks when we felt like it:) They showed me the traditional way of making coffee, and served delicious traditional food during the whole stay. The people were very friendly and hospitable! Everything was taken care of, and Kevin even picked me up and brought me there:)
