My time staying with Luis and the roommates was wonderful! This was my first international trip and I was extremely nervous to be doing something so new. I wasn't sure how I'd adjust in a place I'd never been before. I was worried I'd be overwhelmed with work or unable to sleep. But I was wrong! All the work Luis gave me was easy and never took long to complete. I had plenty of free time, and had so much fun I always wore myself out enough to sleep soundly each night. Everyone I met was so kind and understanding. We laughed a lot. I recommend this as a first experience for anyone!

This was my first experience and I was more than content! There is not much work to do and Luis, Dulce and the Roomies are truly nice people! The house is so pretty as well and they took me to lots of places and I learned a lot. Definetly recommend!! I want to come back soon :)

Staying with Luis and Dulce was so fun! They are amazing hosts who have the best food recommendations! I didn't eat a single thing I didn't like. They picked all local places and gave me lessons on local cuisine and traditional foods. They were amazing at translating so I never felt lost and helped me a little with my Spanish. I would say that knowing what Worldpackers is , I was surprised to not have done any work. I am grateful for a trip and to have a cultural exchange but, I think I was expecting more structure and guidance on what work was to be done. As a whole it was amazing!

Let me start by saying that Luis and Dulce are nice people. I decided to leave the project early because I honestly didn't feel comfortable. The room and the accommodation in general are in a rather unclean state. I'm sure it was partly because the previous guest hadn't cleaned it, at least that's what Luis told me, but for me personally it was just a bit too much. However, Luis was very understanding, which I really appreciated! The work itself is not difficult and I'm sure you can have a great time. You just have to know that the accommodation is far from the centre and may be a bit dirty

Is kind of sad that this review, same day that Paolo departed was same day that Lilly arrived, Paolo leave the room in a bad unclean state. once that we spoke with Lilly we made a plan, We invite her dinner as an apology (pic) we bought new quality expensive sheets for her, and then Dulce and myself made the cleaning we just ask Lilly to wait, once we finished we ask her to check the room and then she said was ok,

I think it is the risk of receiving volunteers who are their first volunteering experience.

This was my first time using worlpackers and Luis and Dulce were awesome hosts! They picked me up in Puebla and were very helpful describing the local things to do. The work was very light just some things around the home and helping their guests. 10/10 would recommend

I had a really good experience at this place. The hosts Luis & Dulce made me feel very welcome and they were super accommodating as well. Even if challenges arose, they were quick to help me fix the problem. This stay felt less about work and more about a true cultural exchange which exceeded my expectations. The other roommates were always kind and respectful. I think Im leaving here with new knowledge about Puebla and new friendships. Thank you guys for everything! 😊🫰🏽✨

Started amazing, hosts took me to see a few cool places. Bedroom was very noisy, J asked to switch & it was accommodated. chores changed 2nd weekend, when guests came I had to clean heavily with vague instructions (3-4h x 2 nights). There's daily (~1h) tasks so no actual days off + heavy cleaning/weekend guest care (on call, must be around while guests are). Luis and Dulce are very nice and if you don't mind cleaning with a few hrs notice, you will love it. Personally, just not for me.

I have the peace of mind to say that I did everything I could to make her experience with us the best, (link to youtube at the end)

From day 3 it was very uncomfortable for everyone to have her in the house. When I realized this, I talked to her and encouraged her to use WP insurance and to move to a hotel. She did not accept.

I have opened a claim in the platform so this experience can be used as a lessons learned.

I wish Anna the best, in my last conversation I told her the importance of learning from our mistakes and that we must have more confidence in ourselves and above all in God, I wish her success in her treatment, sincerely she is not ready to travel alone or at least not without her service dog.

I have been a traveler, when I traveled in Europe people helped me a lot, so this is my time to return that help, I will always look for cultural exchange and I will find the time to take you to my favorite places in the city/near by. In me you will find a friend.
