This was my first volunteering experience and I absolutely loved it! Would totally come back! Beitou is a great peaceful place to stay at, the staff is so kind and it was so fun to learn about Taiwanese culture from them. The tasks are easy and it's nice that you'll never do them alone. We always finished early and had the rest of the day to ourselves. I was able to make some great friends to explore Taipei with <3 gonna miss you all!

I had an amazing time at this hostel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I also had the pleasure of meeting some lovely international volunteers, which is perfect to settle in easily, and the connections I made will stay with me forever. I loved my time here! The staff are so kind to the volunteers and the hostel is really comfortable. Beitou is a very cute town and a nice place to live. I had fun meeting other volunteers here as well. Since all volunteers work at the same time, we were always able to do activities together after we finished.

The experience at the hostel in Beitou is an absolute joy! The staff are super welcoming and kind, the work is very manageable + genuinely fun and satisfying as you learn the ins and outs of everything. Plenty of free time before and after work. Beitou is beautiful and laid-back and the food is incredible. I can only recommend this hostel for anyone looking for that special "home away from home". The hosts put effort into activities and are always helpful. Thank you to the staff and the fellow volunteers I have met during my stay here, until we meet again, much love to you all! <3

This hostel is a really nice place to volunteer! The staff is so so so so nice, welcoming, always up for a chat and ready to help. The work is easy, and you often finish early. And Beitou is a lovely area to live in. I had a great time, thank you for everything!

My experience with this project was fulfilling. The staff were helpful, kind & friendly. The housekeeping tasks were communicated clearly and they provided support in accomplishing them especially if/when they are short on volunteers. So I never felt like I was doing the work alone. The tasks are simple & straightforward. Generally, the shift hours is from 12pm-3:30pm. But depending on how effectively, efficiently, & quickly your team works, you guys could be done an hour earlier, perhaps even more. I definitely recommend this experience to other travelers :)

I had such a good time in Beitou with this amazing team! Everything was so perfect! I can't forget the moment when I just arrived, penguin gave welcome hug🫂. And nearby hostel, there are a lot of hot spring and good places to hike! It's not far from national park! And a lot of yummy foods🥹 I wanna go back!! And miss you guys so much♥️

Amazing stay in this hostel in Beitou! The staff was really friendly and I had an amazing time, the work is simple and takes 2-3h The neighbourhood was really convenient with a market and shops
