Ali was a great host, very resourceful and flexible. The work was easy and enjoyable. In my stay I painted and cleaned. The place is really close to the main areas in San Juan and beaches. Thank you Ali for having us!

Being able to work for Ali was a real pleasure. She is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. The work is fair and diverse. She likes to divide your time by projects rather than specific hours. For example, painting needed to get done. It could take 2 hours or it could take 8, it just depends on how much time you want to spend on the task, just make sure you do it well! She knows about lots of events and activities in San Juan too, just ask!

Overall, great experience. Was able to make her home electrically safer along with other upgrades, while being immersed to Puerto Rican culture. Great host, would recommend anyone to volunteer at her place. Worth wild experience!

This was an amazing experience! The work is very rewarding and not overwhelming. You can get as involved as you want in the local community/culture as there's always something going on. Ali is always making sure you're comfortable, and her connections across the island will lead you on some fun adventures.
