It was my third volunteer experience in this apps and I am sure it was the best one. The place we stayed : the eco village was much bigger than I expected. Hosts were so kind and helpful all the time. We could do many unique experiences too ,like horse riding, skiing, skating, swimming in the lake, sauna, painting and so on. If I have a chance I'd really love to come back here again! And I highly recommend you to join this amazing team!!!!

My experience at the eco village was generally very pleasant, I met fantastic people from all over the world. Maija, Hanna and Mari were very kind and warm during the whole stay. It is a very calm environment and it is nice to be surrounded by nature

It was my first volunteer experience, and it was an amazing place with wonderful people and an incredible project. I spent two months there from October to December . The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The work was varied and flexible, set in a peaceful location surrounded by a beautiful forest. It's a place I would love to come back to. Thank you for everything!

The time I spent in the eco village was really amazing, the atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming, thanks to all the people that work and volunteer there. The tasks are quite varied so the job never becomes boring, and everyone can find something that aligns with their interests and passions. There's plenty of occasions to learn and experience lots of new and different things.

This was my first volunteer experience, and although being uncertain at first about how I might assist with day-to-day activities, I was immediately welcomed by the great hospitality of all staff members and enjoyed doing my working duties with passion, learn new skills and have fun in the process. It was difficult at first because of scholastic obligations, but I made it work flawlessly. The working hours were flexible and we all had time to go exploring, enjoy the lovely surroundings and the town. the eco village is a lovely community, I will miss Karjaa a lot. Thank you for everything!

I've been working at the eco village for a month this summer and I couldn't recommend it enough. It is surrounded by wonderful nature and there's always something happening in the house. There are a lot of lovely towns and places to visit in the area, so it's hard to get bored. The work is varied and flexible, you can be autonomous and follow your own pace. All of the people working in the house, either permanently or for a shorter period of time, are kind, welcoming and always ready to help. Moreover, it really is a place for learning, experiencing and growing. Definitely worth a visit!

Hosts were great! Very friendly and welcoming! Other volunteers were also great! Really cool building with nice amenities. Abundance of food. The surrounding forest is incredibly beautiful.
