Foi uma boa experiência, Alberto é uma pessoa facil de se conviver e domina mutas linguas o que facilita a comunicação. O ambiente é bom e as horas sao respeitadas. Quando ao serviço para as mulheres pode ser na cozinha, no café da manha e ajudando na piscina, o serviço é de facil execuçao porém sempre há muito a ser feito então tenha em mente que irá realmebte trabalhar duro durante as 5 horas por dia.

It was my first experience, and it couldn't have been better. Alberto is an amazing person; he is always around and always doing nice things to keep us close to each other (like going out once a week). His family also works there, they made me feel at home. The tasks are dynamic, the work time was always respected. The hotel is super comfortable; we can use all the leisure areas. Breakfast and dinner are well served. The hotel staff were very welcoming, especially Laura, Fábio, and Alícia, incredible people. Without any doubts, it was an amazing experience.

My second volunteering and it couldn't have been better. The hotel staff were super receptive and friendly, Alberto is super communicative, dear and attentive, always willing to help you if necessary. The work is very active and the hours are respected. Breakfast and dinner are great and well served. The hotel has a forest and a swimming pool that you can enjoy in your free time. I recommend 100% this volunteering and in case I have the chance, I want to repeat it without a doubt!!

During my time volunteering in the hotel-the hotel I learnd a lot about myself. I've become a better worker, friend and person. Alberto is an amazing boss- considerate, fair & welcoming. As a native english speaker, I would advise to foture volunteers to not (!)miss the opportunity volunteering in this hotel. Most volunteers speak spanish/portuguese and they also know english, which allows you to fit in and immerse to the experience as an equal memeber of the volunteer's groupe. I'll add that facilities, workers &working conditions are excellent. If I could I would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at the hotel! My responsibilities included managing the breakfast service, such as cleaning tables and refilling the buffet, which were easy and manageable tasks. The working hours were from 6:30 to 11:30, leaving the rest of the day free to explore the nearby village of the hotel or visit other cities like Milan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Alberto is an amazing person that I had the pleasure of meeting, very kind, polite and communicative. He speaks several languages ​​so communicating with him was not a problem. The hotel is very beautiful, close to Milan, the work is as agreed and has flexibility if you need it, just agree as Alberto did before. I am very happy to have volunteered at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, the host is kind and through the staff you can meet lots of people and experience the culture, it is 4km away from the train station then 20 min by metro to Milano. The work is not bad but especially when the hotel is busy you have to work fast so you can finish within the 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this experience.

O hotel é muito aconchegante com café da manhã e jantar bem servidos. A equipe é muito divertida e acolhedora (especialmente lsmael e Fábio), o host é uma pessoa incrivel que Vou levar no coração durante a vida. divertido, gentil e um bom ouvinte são apenas algumas características de muitas que compõem o Alberto, Muito inteligente e carismático. O espaço é gigante com uma "mini floresta" e uma piscina ao lado que durante o verão é uma maravilha. Os trabalhos diários são leves em geral podendo variar para algo um pouco mais desafiador.

My experience at the hotel was truly incredible. I met people who taught me a lot; Alberto is someone who makes you feel like a part of his family. He's always looking out for you and includes you in really cool plans. 🤍 The working hours are completely respected, and it's a very active job, but the rewards are immense. The breakfast is excellent, and the dinners are always delicious! You're not too far from Milan, so you have the opportunity to go there often. Plus, the days off are continuous, giving you the chance to travel to other parts of Italy for 2 days. I'm leaving with a heart

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I already miss the city and the people that I met here. The work hours made it very easy to explore other places on your free time. Alberto is a very caring boss and is always willing to help you. I hope to see the host and the other volunteers soon, I would recommend this opportunity for others looking to explore Milan/Northern Italy.
