We're looking for motivated, energetic volunteers to help out in our daily activities! All you need is a big smile and to be fluent in English :)
Any other languages are a plus and experience in front office, housekeeping and bar are highly appreciated but are not a requirement.
You will be staying in a dorm with the other volunteers, with a private kitchen and private bathroom :)

My name is Amelia and I run with my partner a hostel in the beautiful city of Naples.
Our main goal when creating the place was to share HOPE: hope for a better future, hope for sustainable hospitality and slow tourism, as well as to share creativity and the love for our city. Our hostel is the result of the courage of two people who chose to believe in Naples and its magic. Believing in our own dreams can take us to unimaginable places: hope is the engine of life.
In addition to the rooms, we have a bar and a beautiful garden of around 900 square meters where we host events, workshops, yoga classes in different styles and martial arts, a green oasis of peace and well being in the heart of busy Naples, a space for sharing, socializing and giving expression to your creativity.

Actividades & Turnos

During your stay you will be asked to assist our staff in daily activities related to front office, bar-tending and housekeeping.
You will also be asked to help us check-in/out guests as well as interact with them and locals and especially have fun doing all of this :)
You'll be also asked to help in serving beverages from coffee to drinks, from matcha to smoothies, handling payments, cleaning tables and appliances.
In addition to these, based on the shift, we will also ask you to help with some housekeeping activities such as changing bed linens and keeping the space clean and tidy in general.
We ask for 25 hours per week over 5 days with 2 days off, or 28 hours over 4 days a week with 3 days off. These shifts can cover both day shifts (morning between 8 am and 4 pm or and afternoon between 4pm and midnight) and night shifts (between midnight and 8am). Although we cannot guarantee it, if you have a preference, feel free to let us know, and we will try to create a weekly schedule that suits both our needs and yours.
