Estoy tan agradecido de que mi primera experiencia como voluntario, haya sido en este Hostal. Tanto Karen, Salvador , Claudía y todos sus colaboradores, se portaron expectacular conmigo. El ambiente es sumamente agradable. Los encargados son flexibles con los horarios siempre y cuando se hable a tiempo. El Hostal no solo cumple con las expectatives, las supera por mucho. Es sumamente limpio, está bien hubicado y la calidad humana es increible. Es un hecho que yo volveré al hostel, ya sea como huesped o como voluntario. ¡Muchas gracias Karen por aceptarme y por todo!

Puebla vale pena visitar, el Hostel aunque está en una avenida principal con tráfico es relativamente cerca a puntos de interés y mercado. Al ser nuevo, las camas son bien cómodas! El desayuno es sencillo. Aunque no compartí mucho con la anfitriona, ella intentaba estar al pendiente de que los voluntarios estén bien. Lo mejor era tener a Claudia y Cari del staff durante el día. Ellas te explican bien, te ayudan y son atentas.

Linda experiencia en el hostel, buena y tranquila semana en recepción y sacando fotos del lugar y la ciudad, gracias Karen por darnos el espacio, que sigan creciendo y sin dudas lo recomendaría para el que vaya a Puebla.

What an amazing time! one of the most difficult experiences of my life but everyone was so welcoming and so willing to help me learn spanish! The job is very straightforward and i really felt like part of the team:) I made some best friends here, un mes no fue suficiente <3 siempre in mi corazón

While I am grateful to have had this opportunity to visit and explore Puebla City, I cannot recommend this experience. First, I signed up to be a cleaner in the hostel. When I arrived, the host told me I'd be doing reception as well, which is not what I agreed to. While the host says she is flexible, she does not manage the volunteer schedules at all. When I wanted to visit Veracruz, I had to change schedules myself. Second, the host tried to drive me and other volunteers back while she was drunk after a night of dancing. Third, the host forced me to work while I had food poisoning.

Karen and her boyfriend made me feel very well hosted and welcomed in the hostel. Karen is flexible with hours so I had plenty of time to visit Puebla. I was taking photos of the object and designing the website. The volunteer's room is of good quality. The hostel's breakfast is basic so Karen also bought us other food. The hostel is just in the city center, therefore might be a bit loud from the street. It's a great place to meet other travelers! Highly recommend!
