Me encantó mi experiencia en One Fam, todos son muy sociales, el equipo es increíble y no se siente el trabajo, es como salir a disfrutar Barcelona con amigos. La terraza es increíble y tienes un departamento solo para voluntarios. Recomiendo este lugar mucho!!!

He tenido un gran tiempo con el hostel Barcelona ya conocía la ciudad así que me fue fácil ubicarme y colaborar con las tareas por fuera del hostel El hostel es un lugar muy cálido y agradable para conocer personas y conectar con los huespedes

La mia esperencia en one fam hostal fue genial ! :) La verdad fue muy rica , teni la posibilidad de socialicar muchussimo con muchos hospes interacionales y voluntarios . Tambien la forma de mi voluntariado me permitio de tener un buen equilibre , entre mi tareas y responsabilidad y dissfrutar y descubrir la ciudad . El Staff fue muy caloroso y acogedor …. consejo mucho esta esperimcia a todos! ;)

Fue una de las experiencias mas lindas en todo mi viaje, es literalmente una familia, hice muchos amigos los cuales son personas muy especiales. El manager Eoin es muy responsable, preocupado,flexible y genera un hambiente muy cool entre los voluntarios y guespedes . Made y Bea trabajan en recepcion, son un amor tambien,mujeres increibles, las extrañare mucho al igual que a todos .

Mi experiencia fue en general buena. Conoces muchas personas y amistades distintos países, practicas tu inglés, conoces la ciudad, sales seguido de fiesta. Todos los días cenamos juntes lo que me gustaba mucho. Hay comunidad ❤ Experiencia intensa en términos de bastante fiesta y en horarios: te acuestas y levantas a diferente hora casi cada día según turnos, etc. Al principio me costó adaptarme a eso y enfermé, ya luego agarré el ritmo. La vida de hostal te consume un poco, pero si estás ok con eso genial! Ojalá sean personas sociables y que les guste estar con gente gran parte del tiempo 💚😉

I spent 5 weeks at the hostel Paralelo and was very sad to leave! Overall, it was an amazing experience because of the people you meet (staff, volunteers and guests) and the experience to learn how a successful hostel chain works! When we were fully staffed we worked about 20-25 hours a week which was perfect, some weeks we were understaffed and had to work about 32 hours which was a bit tough. There are 3 types of shifts - day shift (taking the guests on tours), party shift (cooking, leading drinking games and pub crawl) and night shift (cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, folding laundry, reception).

Had the absolute BEST TIME at the hostel Battlo!!!! I miss the crew dearly, especially the receptionists (Angel and Charlie) and of course the one and only MATTEA, who is such a gem on this earth. It was an incredibly social environment with a fun array of shifts, and you honestly become a family with this crew. I'm sad I wasn't able to be there for longer. You get to meet the most incredible people from all over the world, and I'm just glad I was able to be a part of it! Love you all <3

The hostel Ramblas was a home away from home. Even though it was my first ever volunteering experience of this kind, I absolutely loved every minute. The shifts were really chill and everyone always helped each other out. You had plenty of free time to take day trips around Spain. The managers were super nice and understanding. And while the Ramblas flat is hardly a five star hotel, I'll still miss the experience of living in Barcelona by the beach.

Mayra was an incredible member of our team in the summer! She is hard-working, super fun, and responds really well to feedback. She socialized with all guests, brought a lot of energy to all her shifts (especially party shift; drinking games with Mayra meant guaranteed FUN), and brightened any room she stepped into. I would 100% have her on the team again :)

Volunteering at the hostel was such an amazing experience! From day one I felt super welcome and part of the family. The vibe is so fun and friendly!! The shifts were explained well and the work itself was really manageable, which left plenty of time to join all the activities !! What really made it special was the people: both the staff and the guests. Everyone was so open and supportive, it honestly felt like a second home. I had the best time here and made memories I'll never forget. Would 100% recommend volunteering at the hostel if you want good times, great people, and lots of fun! <3
