It was my first volunteer work and it was amazing. Everyone in community was very friendly and helpful. Living conditions were great. There was a lot of food and it was delicious. There is variety of tasks to choose from and there are not too many working hours. The area is beautiful, there are many lakes and nature around. Very nice place with friendly people.

I had an amazing time at the community. Everyone from the community is so welcoming and open, so i felt comfortable right from the beginning. They always stick to the agreed working hours, so you have enough time to explorer the beautiful nature around the farm or spend your time with all the other volunteers. Thank you for this lovely experience!!!

This is a very interesting place, perfectly suitable for volunteers. You immerse into the group very quickly and easily (I was solo volunteer). I like that they are flexible with tasks, and it changes every ~2.5 hours, so you are never bored and learn a lot of things there. The team is amazing, has a lot of energy, and the people are inspiring. The food is really good, and the accommodation was cozy. It was more than I expected! The place is amazing. You can see a lot of places by bike and take a ferry trip to some very cute islands around. I wish I had stayed there longer!

An amazing first experience, the people there were simply so kind, I could travel around the city, they give bike to us so we are very free to explore, I am very thankful for the time that I spent there! The work time is respect, we are free to talk and ask for another task, they explain very well what needs to be done. Thank you very much for everything.

Something that i would highlight as a first time volunteer is the fact that i felt very well taken care of. The people from the farm are lovely.

The people from the community were very kind and welcoming, and the volunteers were absolutely amazing. I worked at the cafe, and the hours of work were always respected: if one day you worked more, you could work less another day. During breakfast we decided the work shifts and in the evening we were all together, talking, playing games and sometimes watching movies in the library. The hard part was using the bikes, because there are 4km between the farm and the b&b. The beds are at the farm, but you could also sleep at the guest house, which is 1km from the farm.

This was my first volunteering abroad and I loves how every person on the farm truly wants to give you an amazing experience. As long as you talk if something is wrong, they always put an effort in to help you. There is always so many volunteers around and you never feel alone. I have met amazing people and made friends all over the world. That is probably one of the best things about this place. If you decide to volunteer here, you just have to keep in mind that you will use your bike a lot. It took me off guard first but it's definitely a thing you can get used to.

I had a great time at the community! Paulina and Sören are lovely hosts, super welcoming and ready to give medical advice if you need it ;) I loved living in the community and with the other volunteers and how there was always something going on in the main house. The work was super varied and fun, each day you can pick what you want to do. The farm itself is beautiful with cherry and apple trees and plenty of big and small cats you can try to cuddle, and the surrounding area is stunning and full of golden fields and lakes. I'm so glad I had this experience and would recommend it to anyone!

My stay at the community was everything I hoped for and more. I felt so safe and welcome and always knew what was expected from me, and could always ask questions. Every day, we were asked what we would like to help out with, and we started our shift with an explanation. The hours were very much respected and also very flexible: we could plan our free hours and days whichever way we wanted, as long as we discussed this a day in advance. We got three (amazing) meals a day and access to a full fridge. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot, had amazing trips with the wonderful people. 1000x thanks :)
