La experiencia

We are looking for nice people to come and help us with our mountain side retreat based in the hills of Andalusia about 45 minutes from Malaga airport.

You will have an interest in the outdoors. The jobs regularly involve ground care and caring for our 250 citrus trees, olive groves and more.
We also need people to help with the maintenance of our buildings, painting and labouring.
We ask our volunteers also to cover cleaning duties.

Programa detallado

We're five years into restoring a centuries old finca in Andalucía. We didn't fully appreciate the scale of the task when we started!

We're looking for volunteers who are happy to be proactive, get stuck in and help! Every day is different. There is always something that needs to be done. It could be helping with our 300+ trees one day, caring for our animals or helping with a maintenance or building problem.

In return, we offer a comfortable well equipped bunk room, en suite shower and toilet, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. With everything going on, we can't provide food, but you've got a great space to make your own.

We can collect/drop-off from nearby bus/train stations.
We can provide occasional lifts to supermarkets, local village, etc.

Actividades & Turnos

We are flexible on how our volunteers use their hours but we try to work early in the day. We have a daily list of tasks which we need volunteers to complete, and then help with specific projects after that. We're flexible on which days you don't work during your stay, so if the weather is particularly good (or bad) you can make the most of being in Andalucía. If you do have plans for certain days you would like off in your stay it is good to tell us as the beginning and we can work around that.
