We practice organic methods, with an interest in organic, sustainable & eco principles - solar electricity, filtered rainwater & waste systems, so you'll learn about living sustainably. We will be building annArt Studio Aircrete Dome this year an will welcome help during this project which is community based

Had a great time staying with Alina and Bev! Couldn't recommend them enough. Great to get to know locals in a rural part of the Sunshine Coast and work in a beautiful part of the world. Definitely missed getting to work outdoors since I left, and missed Bev and my chats about Scotland and Oz! If you get the chance, go NOW! Thank you to you both

I had an excellent time staying with alina and Bev, they where awesome hosts and kept me fed, comfortable and they where very friendly and welcoming, this is an amazing opportunity for you if you're looking to experience the Sunshine Coast and to learn lots from your hosts, couldn't recommend them enough :)

The experience was not quite what I expected.. so here is a pro and cons list for my fellow volunteers Pros: - right in nature - modern property with single bedroom - animal care is very interesting -Bev( Alina's mom) is a very nice lady and it was great talking to her Cons: -pick up only from Yandina -in the middle of nowhere( Alina isn't there most of the time so you are basically stuck on the property) - very hard physical labor you have to do in the sun - grocery supply is not that great( you mostly get frozen stuff and veggies) - communication can be improved

I had a nice time staying at the farm. The tasks were mostly related to gardening, such as weeding and mulching, and my daily responsibility was to take care of the chickens in the mornings. Alina is a nice host, she's very flexible with the working schedule and always helped me when I needed a lift to and from Yandina. The house is modern, and it's a stunning property altogether. Bev is a wonderful lady who kept me company and was always down for a chat. Overall, it was a nice experience. Oh, and the food provided was good. Alina listened to my needs and bought good-quality groceries.

The main job is to weed, all day on the floor with a lot of sun, the sheets were stained with pee, most of the food they give you is expired, even from the year 2021, you have to constantly insist that you have no food left and when they give you something it is something else expired, they made me make a list of what I wanted from the supermarket but I still don't buy any of that, also the room had spider webs just like the Pantry,. Is necessary to have your own transport. I felt humiliated the truth of working so hard not even to receive food in good condition.

I’m terribly sorry you felt that way! This is the first and only bad review in the entire period of 2yrs, hosting our wonderful volunteers around the world It’s a shame no complaint whatsoever ever was made during your stay and if substantiated, something could have been done. I do not believe your comment on the linen is correct at all & a total exaggeration everywhere else but it does explain your unfriendly & rude demeanour.
