Joining the team at Outtosea was a fantastic decision, staying at the guest house was also really tidy and clean. If you're thinking of applying just do it and take a chance. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

The guest house was the BEST experience I've ever had. I've made friends that I will never forget, got to meet people from all walks of life who joined us for the parties! The work was easy and the owners were incredible, they would literally go above and beyond for us and they really know how to throw a the guest house and create a great environment for the workers and guests! As well the accommodation was nice and located only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. I would definitely recommend anyone considering this to do it if you love amazing people, beaches and good times! Thank you the guest house!!

The guest house is such an incredible company to volunteer for! The owners have such a wonderful vision and truly go out of their way to make sure you're having the best time! It honestly barely feels like work 😂 if you're always down for a laugh, having a good time, and one too many shots, this is the gig for you 🙌🏼🥰

The guest house really know how to welcome a traveller with open arms. From the day I arrived the team environment was incredible and both myself and them were very clear with what our expectations were of each other. The staff house is literally a minute from the centre of town and out of all the companies I've worked with in Split, this one definitely gets you the best perks around

This was my first worldpackers experience and I loved it. I loved the people I got to meet from all around the world and I enjoyed the work, especially during the day. I would recommend this experience to people who are outgoing and confident, those who enjoy partying and those who are willing to push themselves out of their comfort zones. I felt welcomed and I felt that my values were respected from the day I joined the house. I'm excited to return next season!

I love my time with the guest house so much! Split is so beautiful and the house is right near the town. I met so many wonderful people, the staff and management are so great! The work is straightforward and very manageable. I would absolutely recommend volunteering for the guest house for any social and enthusiastic person!!

I spent about a month with the guest house and it was one of my favorite travel experiences ever. This was my first Worldpackers / solo travel experience and I have made so many amazing friendships & I would recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are amazing, welcoming, and great vibes. The workload and tasks are manageable and your time & space is respected. Split is so beautiful and this has been an unforgettable month! ❤️.

Absolutely loved my experience with the guest house. Genuinely the best way I could have spent my summer. Great mix of work and play. The people you live with are so friendly and welcoming. The workload is good fun and the expectations were fair and laid out clearly at the start. Would love to come back next year x
