I'm very thankful for this memorable experience. I had the greatest time in the hotel. Mairead and Alan are very good and welcoming people. They've been nice to me during all my stay, so I felt myself like in a family. Tasks were not hard, they respect your time and ensure you having a good time. The accommodation is very good, comfortable and clean. Moreover, it's an amazing and peaceful place, the nature is incredibly beautiful, even in the summer there are many entertainments, so you'll not be bored. I would definitely recommend to go there and see it with your own eyes.

I had a great time in the hotel. I wanted to thank Alan and Mairead for everything. Considering it was not high season I wasn't able to meet a lot of people there but they made everything to make sure I was having a good time. I would definitely recommend this experience specially if you like nature and mountains as much as I do.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot. Alan, Mairead and Elara are lovely people. I felt really welcome. They try to do everything to give you a great experience not only in the Hotel also in the surroundings of Neukirchen. What you need to know about the work is that there could be a bit more work than you agreed on in one week but they are really fair people so I got a few more days off in other weeks when there is less work. When you life the it feels more like a family than a company. I would totally recommend going there.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel. From my first day Alan, Mairead and Elara made me feel right at home and part of the family. For those who are looking to ski/snowboard, even beginners, this is a great opportunity to do so! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and won't miss the chance to come back and visit ❤️

I had an amazing time and wish I could have stayied longer. Alan and Mairead are very welcoming and kind people and you'll have a lot of laughs with their cool daughter Elara and their dog Marble. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to explore the austrian alps and work with a great family!

Alan and Mairead are extremely welcoming hosts and I thoroughly enjoyed working in their hotel!! The tasks and hours depend on the business of the hotel but it is a very fair roster and you have plenty of time to ski 😊 I can't wait to come back when I next get a chance!

Overall it was a great experience. We made the most of skiing and the beautiful local area. The hotel is really lovely with good facilities. Mairead was good to us and is an extremely hard worker. Work in the hotel was fine, the shifts can be tiring but there was usually still time in the day to ski. The downfall of our experience was a lack of communication & organisation from the hosts. They didn't keep track of our hours (so we did). We were mostly left to organise our own shifts, which was awkward at times. The ad description was not adhered to, but we mentioned this & were compensated

It's a great if you're looking for stunning mountain panorama and some skiing/snowboarding/hiking in your free time. The hosts are very open and welcoming. The tasks depend on the occupancy of the hotel but are definitely manageable if you come with some experience. However I would strongly recommend for you to pay close attention to your hours and off-days and address any deviations directly to the host so you will get what you agreed on.
