El hostel, recomendado ,un espacio hermoso con gente local muy agradable, donde se puede interactuar y practicar portugués , ingles, español ,y sumergirte en la cultura del surf . Los anfitriones siempre muy atentos y predispuestos a ayudar, juliet me asesoro en el viaje , con info y facilidades para llegar, era mi primera ves en el interior de Brasil , lo cual me fue muy útil, kito me recibo y me guio a lo largo de mi estadía, la cual extendí , tanto como en el idioma y otra cuestiones locales siempre me orientaron. Otro punto a destacar el proyecto social de surf el cual integran 10 punto.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. Adore conocer Itanhaem, recomiendo a todos los viajeros realizar una parada por aqui. El trabajo es super tranquilo. Kito es flexible con los horarios y siempre esta a disposición para ayudar en lo que uno precise. La ubicación es cerca de la rodoviaria, mercado, farmacia. Esta a 15 o 20 min a pie de las playas. Super recomiendo!

I'm very happy to have lived this experience at the hostel. When I arrived, there were no guests yet because it was still low season. So it didn't really feel like working in a hostel it felt more like a true local immersion! I loved discovering Juliet and Kito's lifestyle and their many talents. They'll do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and are always there to listen. It's important to know that Itanhaém is a very quiet town. But if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy some peace, and meet locals, then this is the perfect experience for you

I loved my time in the hostel, everyone was very kind and welcoming. I had the chance to meet incredible people and got to learn how to surf! At first when i got to Itanhaém I wasn't really sure of the place since I was coming from Rio and it's very different but after a couple of days the hostel and the town felt like home. The tasks were simple, just keep the hostel clean and sometimes do some reorganizing around the house. I was there in low season so we didn't have many guests but it was still cool, it felt like we were just friends living together and surfing in a small town of brazil.

I had a really positive experience volunteering at the hostel Surf House. Itanhaem is a smaller city but if you enjoy a laid back experience this is the perfect place for you! there are plenty of opportunities to surf, skate, make music and join in at a local social project. Kito and Julieta are super caring and sweet. there were a few days where i was the only volunteer and they invited me to all their activities with their friends! when you leave they will always give recommendations for where you're going next. thank you for being so lovely and making brasil feel like home!

I really really enjoyed my time there. Julietta and kito where like family for me. They introduced me into the local life, by showing me special food and bringing me to social Events. And because I play the drums I was even allowed to join their Band and have a couple of concerts with them. I am really thanklfull for my time over there and I will 100% come back at some point. Thank you!!!

My experience here was truly unforgettable. Kito and Julieta are the kindest people ,from day one, it felt more like being part of a family than just volunteering. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and I got to connect with both locals and other amazing volunteers. I even had the chance to learn how to surf! One of the best places I've ever been. Thank you for everything!

The three weeks staying in Ohana was by far the best experience I've ever had. The work every day is very simple, to do daily record and manage social media of the hostel. Kito is very welcoming to any ideas and being so supportive all the time, giving me so many freedom to create the video of my own style. But more importantly, the experience is speechlessly incredible. Kito and Juliet treated me like their family member and I've had so many first time experiences in the hostel, it is my greatest pleasure to volunteer in the hostel and I really recommend everyone to come and have the best time!!

Kito and Julie were the best hosts. They treated us like family the moment we got there. Kito has a heart of gold and made sure we were always comfortable and having fun! We also learned to surf and got to see some awesome spots thanks to la Poderosa!! I got to work on social media and Kito was open to all my ideas. Overall, 💯 recommended if you are looking for a chill spot, want to learn to surf and meet some amazing people.

We had an Amazing time at the hostel Surf House! Kito and Juliet are amazing host that make you feel at home the minute you arrive! They definitely go out of their way to make sure your experience is everything it could be. The work was extremely easy and simple. Perfect place to learn how to surf, play some instruments , and learn about the culture. I highly recommend making the stop! Definitely always a great vibe with even greater people! I Will definitely find my way back here someday! 🤙🏼 🏄‍♂️
