An overall nice experience. the hostel is a longer stay hostel so you have the opportunity to get to know the other residents and volunteers. The work is straightforward and reasonable, you'll never end up working over 20 hours a week in exchange for living in the center of a highly desirable and bustling part of London. Jacob is an amazing manager—incredibly fair and understanding—and just a great guy, I'll miss our impromptu deep conversations.

Volunteering was amazing, I met people from all over, it's a Hostel well located in the Gloucester roud region, very close to the underground, markets, bus stop, and the big and beautiful park Hyde Park! 4 hours of service per day are respected and on weekends they are more flexible and we do 3 hours and 20 minutes for lunch. , however we had to walk about 30 minutes for dinner.. the food was good, there was always variety and we could socialize with other people at the other hostel too. my experience was great! Thanks Jacob and Team.

It was definitely the best experience of my life! The tasks are quiet and well distributed, I met amazing people that I will take with me forever in my memories. Jacob is always very attentive and helpful. Surely having him as manager made a lot of difference, because he is sensational! The location of the hostel is wonderful and you can do everything on foot or if you prefer access to public transport is very close and easy to access. I would like to thank Jacob and the entire the hostel team immensely.

Joining the team at the hostel was an amazing experience! The property is located in an excellent neighborhood, being three minutes from the underground station. You will find Museums, restaurants, supermarkets and many other facilities in the area. Volunteer activities are informed by the administrator, Jacob. Respectful, fun and many other good adjectives help you understand Jacob's profile. My thanks for making me feel welcome being far, far away from home. The experience taught me how important it is to do well what life proposes! Thank you Jacob and the hostel team!

Great place! very good location and all people are very friendly. Jacob is a very good host. I had to leave early due to a family emergency and couldn't finish my volunteering, but i would definitely come back.

This was a great experience for me. The manager Jacob is super nice and accommodating. The hours and tasks were respected and not difficult. I met some great people here and had a fun time exploring London!

Being a part of the hostel's team was a blast to learn more about lots of diversities and multiple cultural ways and opinions that the volunteers brought to us. The house is pretty cool, it has a great space on the dorms and it has many perks as well. The job was nice - when Jacob was there he'd always help us knowing exactly what we were going to do and he'd be careful with all our needs and responsibilities. Every person on the staff was nice to everybody, and they guided us through and through. I am very thankful to have known them all. Was a pity to need to leave so soon. (:

Volunteering at the hostel was probably one of the best experience of my life. I had the chance to improve my English and get more confident with myself. The working hours were always respected and the job it's not that difficult, also Jacob is a great manager and he always makes you feel comfortable and he's really interested in the well-being of the volunteers. The best part besides the opportunity to get to know London is the relationship you that you create with the other volunteers and some guests. I had a really great time here, thanks everyone❤️
