My experience as a volunteer was amazing ! The location is perfect, the work is easy, and it gave me the opportunity to meet incredible people. Jacob and the entire team were fantastic, super welcoming and helpful !! I totally recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back :)

It was my first volunteer experience in the UK. And it was simply incredible, just like all the other reviews. I just have to thank the entire team of people responsible for this place. The place is close to everything, it is literally easy to get anywhere, there are several markets and restaurants nearby. But you will have all your meals, this was a surprise, thank you very much for welcoming me so well.

My experience was surreal, incredible, very good, Jacob is very nice, friendly and flexible, which by the way thank you for fixing my glasses haha, the location is very good because it is next to the station and has everything nearby, the work is very good and you can enjoy your days a lot. Amazing people and I was able to practice and unlock my English. Thank you for everything 🤗

I recommend this experience if you want to know London and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The hostel is very well located and you have close to two metro stops. The tasks are simple and they respect your schedules so you can organize your free time. Thanks to the whole team of managers for their welcome and help. Special thanks to the chef Luigi with whom I worked during my volunteering.

Volunteering at the hostel was an easygoing and very positive experience. The workload and hours are extremely fair, the accommodation is comfortable, the food is excellent and plenty (you won't even believe it at first), the location is PRIME and not to mention Jacob's management. Jacob will always make sure that the volunteers are having their needs met and understands perfectly what a volunteering position entails. He also creates a friendly and positive environment, where you're always welcomed with a smile and a few bad jokes (sorry J 😂) at the start of every shift. Big thank you!!

My experience at the hostel was wonderful. The working hours were respected and it is very flexible. Regarding the food it was also great because we have breakfast and dinner and we also save food for lunch the next day. The location is simply perfect. I highly recommend it!

My experience here is positive and memorable. The location is perfect, with two tube lines nearby, making it super easy to get to the city centre. The tasks are straight forward and the schedule was respected where I always appreciated. Jacob, Darren and the management team was kind and friendly. The support made the experience more enjoyable. A special thank to my amazing roommate, Pavani, who reats me like family, and her kindness and encourage made this experience more special.

I really enjoyed my first volunteer experience in this hostel. All the team were nice, flexible and kind. I will never forget the amazing friends that I made there and I will take this experience in my heart forever. I was practically working in all the areas of the hostel (kitchen/cleaning toilets and showers/house keeping/dinning room) and was never bored. The schedules were nice and flexible and I really enjoyed the food that was given. Thanks for letting us use the gym and hope the lift get fixed quickly for everyone.
