Voluntariar no hostel Sandeman superou minhas expectativas, a localização é perfeita, a equipe de voluntários é bem variada e divertida. O trabalho é tranquilo e dá para aproveitar muito a cidade no tempo vago. A comida é ótima, tinha até sobremesa. Pratiquei muito inglês e espanhol e fiz amizades que vou levar para vida. Foi tudo feito como acordado, se pudesse ficava por mais tempo. Obrigada Jacob e equipe pela oportunidade. Já estou com saudades de todos.

I have to say that my experience in the hostel was truly amazing. The work was easy ( I did showers) and the hours were always respected. The location of the hostel is really good to explore London been well connected to different underground and bus stations. For me the best part was the group of people volunteering and working there. Jacob and Carlotta the managers were always nice and friendly. The volunteers were like a family and we did share a lot of experiences, laughing and adventures. Thanks for everything ❤️

An incredible opportunity to explore London while immersing yourself in local life. The hostel, catering to long-term visitors, offers an environment conducive to lasting connections, even though it's not strictly a social hostel. The experience not only allows you to tour the city but also to understand its local dynamics, traditions, and quirks. The work is chill, and you can be flexible. Shoutout to the awesome crew - Jacob, Carlota, Flet, and Dawin - they're super friendly. The hostel is in a sweet spot, close to transport and cool places like Hyde Park and museums.

I had an incredible experience volunteer at the hostel. The respect for my volunteer hours and flexibility to finish early when task were completed were highly appreciated. The volunteers, manager Jacob, Carlota, Gigi and receptionists staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel at home. It was my first volunteer opportunity, and I couldn't have asked for a better environment.I enjoyed amazing days volunteering, practicing English, and exploring nearby attractions,just 20 minutes by train to tourist spots and 3 min by walking to Hyde Park. I highly recommend to volunteer here❤️

It was a pleasure to have shared my time here and I'd do it again for sure. As it was my first experience, I had worries and doubts at the beginning, however, Jacob, Carlota, Flee and Darren were always ready to guide me and all of them helped me a lot. The duty was not difficult at all and there was nothing new or unexpected about the tasks along the days. I do need to point out the meals (we had breakfast and dinner, and the possibility to keep some food as a repeat for the other day, THAT MADE US SAVE A LOT OF MONEY). As regards the location, it couldn't be better. Thanks for everything!

The hostel is a great opportunity to discover London, the accommodation where I stayed was really close to public transportation, Hyde Park and other attractions. The room was really cozy and warm and even though there are a lot of residents and volunteers it was really private. The tasks were easy, I worked in the dining room and really enjoyed the time working with Gigi and other volunteers. My only feedback would be related to the training, I know there are a lot of people to train every week but idk some sort of preparation to the tasks you are supposed to do. Thank you Jacob :)

This was my first experience as a volunteer and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Jacob and the team were friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease straight away. the hostel is cozy and the location is great. the tasks are not difficult and in any case you will have assistance whenever you need it. During my free time I explored the city, improved my English but above all met amazing people from all over the world. I definitely recommend it!!!

The people at the hostel were very friendly and so were the other volunteers. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. The people were all very friendly and I really liked the volunteers I met.
