I had an incredible time. The hostel is super cozy and a place to feel at home. I was welcomed with open arms. The working times are fair and the work is easy. I always felt safe and could ask everything. I had a lot of fun and would always recommend to stay at eco hostel. Thank you very much.

It was a pleasure to have Edda as a volunteer.
Even though her stay was short, she was a great presence in the hostel, she integrated very well with the staff, a sweet girl who lived the life of the hostel to the fullest.
She worked very well with the public, she is friendly and helpful .

I definitively recommend volunteering at Eco Hostel! Vera, Diletta, Gabriele, and Karma were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room is pretty small with just bunk beds, a little window, and a fan, so it can get warm and a bit crowded. The work is simple and easy to learn, if you need anything the hosts are all super helpful. You get a €20 Lidl gift card each week, for lunch and dinner (breakfast is included), though it doesn't quite cover everything. But overall, it's been such an amazing experience!

A very sweet girl, attentive to her work and above all very friendly with the guests. She fully respected the tasks given to her during the stay.
She integrated with the hostel staff and with the other volunteers;
We will always have a good memory of her.

In general I can say that the host was very welcoming. He told me what kind of working shifts I have in the beginning and he followed everything that he said. He's very nice to everyone and wants you to feel like you're at home as much as possible. Everything that is written in the description of the job and the accommodation was true. I would highly recommend working with this host.

My stay at Eco Hostel was amazing. I really enjoyed the experience and i definitely would recommend it. The Hosts, Karma and Gabriele are amazing. They really care if everyone is alright. Money for food is 20€ in Lidl card per week. For me it was not enough for 3 meals a day, but if u eat out once a day it probably is fine. The room we stayed in was quite small and very hot (no ac just a fan) but clean, comfy and provided with bedsheets. Working hours were as expected and very chill. The place is quite small so sometimes not very social. But Catania has great parties and bars.

The eco hostel is a great first experience with Worldpackers. The owners were super kind. The three other girls working there were like sisters to me and we had so much fun together! The people there are also very open and fun to be with. I stayed only three weeks but it is not enough. I can only recommend it:)

I had an amazing time at Eco hostel! Karma and Gabriele are great hosts that truly care for their volunteers. The work was very chill and pretty easy to learn, most of the time there wasn't a lot going on. Eco hostel is a great place to meet new people and the atmosphere was always welcoming and friendly. I absolutely loved eco hostel! Such a beautiful place and vibes. It's only a small hostel so it was extremely chill, and Karma and Gabriele were lovely. So close to town and places to swim. Had the most amazing time. You do get a lidl gift card for your own food and that actually worked out so well and made lots of yummy food! The other volunteers are so welcoming! I do definitely recommend coming! Even if it's your first volunteer job, it's a great one to start on, but if you're like me and it's not, it's a great, laid back, experience! It was an amazing experience, i loved it ! the work is manageable, the hostel is close to the center and you always meet new people everyday. the brothers were really nice and helpful - they even borrowed me a tent and made sure we tried the best arancini ! the other volunteers are the best and we had the best time together ! :))

Working at Eco hostel was an amazing experience. The work is so easy and chilled, if you love cozy, wholesome and chilled vibes this is the perfect place. Karma and Gabriele are very fun and welcoming hosts. They are always happy to help out and make you feel part of the eco hostel family. Thank you guys for all the laughs and the amazing volunteering experience 🇮🇹 Hopefully I'll see you again one day
