I leave 5 stars only because I can't leave more. The experience was up and above my expectations. The farm is beautiful and cozy, Marta was always extremely welcoming and open to suggestions. The work was manageable and wasn't that hard. I would definitely volunteer again at Rincón the farm.

I had overall a good experience at El Valle Secreto even though there were not much volunteers at the time I was there, we still managed to have fun and make day trips to Madrid as well as visit the beautiful village of Miraflores. The place we slept in could be a little cleaner but everyone was very nice and caring ! I also had the opportunity to learn more about catering and learn from Martha as well, a very intelligent and ambitious person, I enjoyed our conversations and dinners together ! :)

I'm so glad about my experience in the host. It was very interesting to see what tasks are behind a catering and to cook so much together. Marta and her family are so lovely and try to make you a great stay. We ate and talked together every day and I improved my Spanish a little. I met so many nice people, we were a cool group, had a lot of fun and I really enjoyed my time. The surroundings are pretty, Miraflores is such a cute village and we did an amazing day trip to Madrid. I will never forget this experience, thanks for everything! :)

Eu tive uma experiência boa , no começo foi um pouco difícil a adaptação, mas depois foi tranquilo. A anfitriã Marta junto com a sua família me recebeu muito bem , não tenho nada a falar sobre eles , tem alguns pontos negativos, que aos poucos vai resolvendo uma delas são as moscas , que são insuportáveis. A distância desanima um pouco. Pontos positivos se você quer se conectar coma natureza, eu super recomendo.

I had a great time with Martha, her family, and other volunteers. The tasks were absolutely manageable and as expected. It was also really nice to have other volunteers present, however you need to speak at least a little bit of Spanish if you want to have any conversations with them (because they don't know a lot of English), so keep that in mind. But besides that everything was great!

Ottima esperienza! Ho potuto vivere per un poco all'interno di questa splendida famiglia. Era quello che cercavo un immersione nella cultura spagnola. Il lavoro è leggero e gli host sono molto disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Molto interessanti le lezioni di respirazione alchimica offerte dall host. Grazie Marta per questa magnifica esperienza!

It was a really nice experience! We had the chance to get to know a lot of different people and their cultures, also Marta and her beautiful family were very kind and friendly, and the place is located in a very nice region where you can go for a walk or visit the cute city of Miraflores de la sierra, and obviously Madrid.

Ho passato due mesi nel the host e sono stati i due mesi più sereni della mia vita. Le persone che ho conosciuto erano meravigliose, e la natura che circonda la vallata è stupenda. L'unica pecca è che il lavoro con il tempo diventa gendardizzato e la cosa può risultare a volte noiosa e ripetitiva, senonché stancante. Lascio nel the host persone meravigliose che mi porterò sempre nel cuore e nella memoria. Adiós the host
