I had the best time at the hostel!!! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the best staff ever!!! (Loads of kisses to Clara). I cannot stress enough how much I love the staff and other volunteers here; the atmosphere with them made it feel like we are a family. The volunteering itself is fun and flexible :) The location is very convenient, close to the beach and metro station. I highly recommend this experience. Words can't describe the wonderful time I had here!!!Thank you, Gaspar, for having me🥰 🫶🏼

I'm very happy with my first volunteer experience at the hostel! All staff are welcoming and chill, also flexible about schedule, you can always go to them for any questions. The location of the hostel is amazing, super close to the metro station and the beach, perfect spot to explore the city and copacobana area! The schedule of the bartender is 5pm to 11pm every other day but they're flexible about switching shift between bartenders so you can still do some getaways. The 4-bed-dorm is mixed for both genders, the room itself can use some fixing. Overall an amazing experience!

This is the first time to use world packers so at first I'm a little bit nervous but staff are very kind and friendly! so I really enjoyed during time. And also volunteer task is simple. If you want to stay this hostel as volunteers I really recommend. Thank you for everything!

It was a super nice experience volunteering here, the staff, Gaspar and the other volunteers are super nice and welcoming, you'll feel right at home. Sometimes the communication and coordination for the jobs could be a bit better to make things easier, but all in all a wonderful place to stay, you'll meet a lot of people and the location is perfect for exploring all of Rio. I would recommend 100%

I enjoyed my time at the hostel, I felt welcomed by everyone from the beginning! The staff is amazing, they all are really nice people and it's always cool to hang out with them and have a good laugh!! Gaspar is a good host, comprehensive, and always keen to help with anything! The hostel's structure is good, the breakfast at the rooftop is great and the work is simple and flexible, just a bit more communication about the workflow will make things even better! I recommend the experience and for sure I'd be happy to come back ☺️ Obrigada!!

This is a lovely place to volunteer. The location is right in the heart of Copacabana, a short walk from the beach. Breakfast on the rooftop is always beautiful. The staff here and the other volunteers made me feel right at home. Highly recommend staying or volunteering here.

Just came back from a month of volunteering at the hostel, and would have stayed a year if I could 🥲. The staff team is absolutely amazing, the sweetest persons ever and the whole volunteer team is usually very close-knitted, they will most likely feel like travel buddies rather than 'co-workers'. The location is ideal, 5m walk to Copacabana beach and basically at middle point of everything you wanna do in Rio! The work was really fun, and i loved that there were set times for our shifts so that everyone would be on the same page and we wouldn't be asked to work more than we should. miss it!!!
