My experience in AHMC has been one of the most enriching experiences of my entire life and I feel totally grateful to AHMC for opening the doors and letting me to be part of this wonderful place. I could enjoy each of the places and events developed in the center and this let me strengthened my spiritual life and connection with life. I had the opportunity to be in the kitchen, helping with food but more than anything, learning how much love can be given through food. I also had the opportunity to meet incredible people who made my days at the center an experience that made me feel at home.

My stay at the center was just wonderful! From the very first moment I arrived there, everyone was so attentive and sweet - I mean, I felt really looked after, and all cooperators were constantly checking if everything was okay with me :) They were also quite flexible, open to dialog, and cooperative, which always made me feel respected and welcome there. Besides that, the center has a really nurturing and loving vibe. I wish I could have stayed for longer, and certainly plan to come back whenever I can. Thank you for everything!

Great BOY, so nice and smiling attitude... we felt like he was with us since years. his english is amazing and open to help in every sector ... even if is vegan he helps with our vegetarian meals !!

I'll try to express my gratitude and for the magical experience I had in the centre. First of all, I am so very grateful to the Karma Yoga team and members of this community for make me feel at home, for welcoming me and the other volunteers as family. I am forever grateful for all the moments that warmed my heart. My space to write here is limited but I want you to know that the full experience here is like nothing I've lived before. It's a dream come true for me in every sense! the people, the learning, the activities, the team work, the food and accommodations, the nature, the place. AL….

It was a really enriching experience and I definitely wouldn't like to leave this place. I could found exactly what I was looking for, it means, to contribute with a volunteer job in a place which match with the values I believe: love, compassion, res pect, and so on. If you are a budhist or not it'll worth for you. Don't expect a magical place, but a real place with real people doing their best to contribute with something bigger than us and for everybody. Everybody is welcome.

I dont know where to start describing this place. It definitely was a magical experience, the people are extremely friendly and helpful, the tasks are fair and if you don't really adjust to them you are free to communicate your side too, on the free time you can go for walks, enjoy the surrounding nature or go to the villages near the lake… but the most important and impacting thing about thise place is the culture and learnings you get. This place has a very very unique energy and all the teachings i got in only 2 weeks I will carry for life. Can't thank enough.

I had a beautiful and transformative time at AHMC. I arrived with an open mind and left with lots of wonderful experiences and deep soul-to-soul connections with people from all around the world. The management team and the residential Karma Yoga practitioners were helpful & cooperative and guided me along the way. Having the opportunity to learn from the CenterMichel & the CenterThubten in person was an experience that I hold close to my heart. These 2 weeks have not only contributed immensely to my spiritual growth but also enriched my life. I am grateful and look forward to returning tothe Center.
