I couldn't have wished for a better experience for my soul. It's a place full of love and I'm very grateful to have been there. Everyone is welcome, whether Buddhist or not. This is not common volunteering, but a practice of Karma yoga, which means you offer your time from the heart and do the work as a meditation practice, "the yoga of action". The location is very special, surrounded by the beautiful Lago Maggiore, mountains and forests . Foi uma experiencia unica! uma oportunidade de conhecer o budismo, as práticas, ensinamentos, conhecer outras outras pessoas que compartilharam das suas experiencias e visão de mundo. Levarei essa experiencia para sempre e sai já com vontade de retornar. Me senti muito acolhida e tive a oportunidade de aprender todos os dias.

I really enjoyed my experience at the center, the only things is to be said is about times work that is not 32h but 36h, sometimes more, sometimes less if you finish fast, but sometimes is possible to have very intensive days. I only hope the center do not go in a direction similar as a factory, we are volunteer and the things run good if we are happy to give our hands. The place is quite and almost magical, is possible to meet very lovely guys and more you stay and more is the probability to find nice teaching and course...and more you stay and more is difficult to go away :)

I had to leave the experience early due to personal reasons but the hosts have been very understanding. During the length of my stay the tasks have been technically absolutely manageable and included periods of training which were very welcome. The place is full of peaceful spaces for you to think, read, meditate, or just be alone, and some more lively rooms like the coffee bar if you seek some social interactions. Nature around the place is beautiful too, and meditation courses are interesting and intense, the whole temple feels very spiritual. Like almost every person you will meet there.

Não sei colocar em palavras tudo que vivi, mas que foi uma das melhores experiências, e não que tenha sido tudo perfeito, mas foi exatamente o que eu precisava com as pessoas certas, a comida é muito boa, as pessoas são incríveis e são elas que fazem a maior diferença, além das práticas budistas que me ajudaram e continuam ajudando muito no meu processo de desenvolvimento pessoal. O lugar é maravilhoso, um dos mais bonitos que já vi, o trabalho fica divertido por conta das pessoa, enfim, sinto saudades já e quero voltar pois me sinto em casa e com uma nova família! Gratidão!!!!

Amazing first worldpackers experience atthe Center! The work was easy and practical with plenty of people to ask for guidance or help, and hours were reasonable and left plenty of time to yourself during the day. It's a great community of kind individuals from all over the world. It was also a great chance to learn more about Buddhism, spirituality, and myself. Completely reccomend.

This was my first volunteering. It was a wonderful experience. I loved the nature, the view, the center, the people. This volunteering impacted me in a very positive way. I could learn so much about my spiritual path. I take super useful tools to live my life with more peace. People was super nice, they were always with a friendly smile. I hope to come back soon. I highly recommend this opportunity. Totally worth it!

This is a really special place to get in touch/learn more about your spiritual journey. The place has something magical and you will feel really welcome by the staff and the locals! There is always someone to talk to and everybody is willing to help when needed. In the weekends in can be busy, so sometimes I felt the need to get some private time. I guess this depends your energy and needs. If there is any problem the management is willing to think with you and create a nice staying!

This is a really special and peaceful place 🙌🏼 But it is not only the place that is beautiful, it is much more the people who make it so special. I felt welcome right away and was able to experience a lot of appreciation. During my time there, I learned a lot about myself and social interactions. It remains an unforgettable memory, in the hope that I can come back soon! 🌼
