First I would like to thank Citlali and Manuel for the opportunity to be a part of the team in their trout farms. It was an incredible experience and I feel like I learned a lot about aquaculture and sustainability. I stayed at two locations, La Guitarra and El Rincón during my 3-week stay. Also thanks to the farm-keepers Fide, Nora, Alfredo, Susana by showing me the surroundings, their culture, food and music! It was truly great to meet them.
