There is truly no way to sum up my time at the hostel. This place becomes a second home and the staff and other volunteers become your family. This is definitely a role only for highly social people and you must be prepared to party a lot, but it's the most fun you'll ever have! This is a place where you get the most out of it if you jump right in and go with the flow. I made the best of friends and got to see the best of the hostel during my time here and am already planning on returning whenever I can. Thanks the hostel LOVE U

It has been one of the most exciting experiences in my life! Everyday was a new adventure, I loved the drinking games and to take the guests out to the different night venues as well as to enjoy over there with all the rest of the staff. The tasks are easy and fun to perform. There was always good communication and we were all working like a team in order to provide the best hostel experience to everyone. I would be more than happy to comeback someday to my family the hostel! You should definitely come here as well.

My experience at the hostel was incredible! I had an amazing time there and I'll definitely come back. All staff and volunteers were super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are a social person that enjoys going out and meeting new people all the time. If you don't it might not be for you:) thank you the hostel team

The hostel is filled with characters that make your experience unforgettable. I'd highly recommend to stay here as a guest first to understand the vibe that you're coming into as for some it may be full on but it's super fun once you jump into it. Be aware this is a role for a highly social individual, but if you love hanging around great people like all the staff of Danni, Abdul, Jazz, Sean, John, Devon and Howie or the other amazing volunteers and guests, you're in for a experience that will keep making you come back whether as a guest or a volunteer.

The hostel is the best place you could ever volunteer! The entire place is one big family, and the fun and memories last a lifetime. I enjoyed myself so much I ended up extending my stay TWICE! If you get the chance to volunteer take it for sure!!

I will never be able to put into words how amazing this volunteering experience was. It's everything that I had hoped for and more. The staff (Sean, Howie, Abdul, Jazz, Devon, Danni, John) and every single volunteer here will feel and treat you like family. The work doesn't feel like work because you're having an incredible time alongside the guests. Maybe the only con is how hard it is to leave the hostel and do your own traveling/sightseeing (because you're having too much fun inside), but that's what the day activities are for. 1000/10 will definitely be back.

A experiência foi louca, muita diversão, muita bagunça. O pessoal e maravilhoso e você se sente conectado desde o momento que chega. Precisei sair antes porque fui chamado para trabalhar em outro país. Mas com certeza irei voltar para passar uns dias aqui. Galera leve em consideração que é um party hostel, sempre vai ter festa rolando em algum lugar e é esperado que o voluntário participe. Conheci muita gente legal, comi bem e bebi muito 😂😂 Obrigado por esses dias.

There are really no words to describe my time at the hostel but I will certainly try my best. When you volunteer here you're accepted into one big family who will be there for you no matter what. Both staff and guests make the hostel such a unique and amazing place and I know that I'll never forget the time I spent there. The tasks are simple and match those listed in the description. There is a decent amount of drinking but you never have to partake if you don't want to. If you love to meet people from all over the world and want to have the time of your life then the hostel is your place!

Being part of the hostel family was an amazing experience. The people over there is so friendly and crazy!! I had a really good time and made a lot of friends. Its a really nice place to go if you like partying! Love my the hostel family! 🙌🏽❤️

First of all, I wanna be clear that I didn't have much time in that hostel, but I had one of the most traumatizing experiences in my life. I'm not gonna get into details, I already talked to the Worldpackers about it. I know it's a party hostel and “stuff” happens, but I never felt SO disrespected, uncomfortable, unsafe and violated as a volunteer and as a woman, by OTHER volunteers. After what happened, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't work with them, cause how could I… I don't recommend it.

We’re sorry that your experience didn’t go so well. However, the situation could have been made better if you had informed us that you were arriving a day earlier than you had told us. You also showed up very late that evening and it was a bit of a surprise for your roommates. It’s understandable that you didn’t want to continue with volunteer placement but I’d like to add that you stayed only one night and approximately 9 hours in the hostel so it’s difficult to add any relevant info to your review about how we operate and run the hostel for future volunteers. We consider this a one off incident that has been dealt with.
