My experience at the hotel in Inverkeithing was excellent! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and part of the team. The tasks were varied but always easy to learn and manageable within the agreed schedule, which made the routine light and well-organized. The hotel environment is warm and provides a lot of learning about how a hospitality business operates. The team is always available to help, give tips, and guide when needed, making the volunteer experience even more enjoyable. Another big plus is the location. Inverkeithing is a quiet town, yet just a few minutes by train

Tho my stay here was short the tasks were straight forward and hours respected, thank you to the whole team and wonderful volunteers who were chill and had great sense of humour! Also this packer experience is about a 20 minute train ride from Edinburgh which is convenient if your wanting to experience the area

I absolutely loved my volunteering experience in Scotland! The staff was amazing—so kind, welcoming, and supportive. I also had a great time connecting with the other volunteers, and we shared lots of fun moments together. The tasks were easy and well-organized, and I could really see the hotel improving day by day. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and I'll definitely come back in the future!

I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel, saying goodbye to this place has been very bittersweet. I was very well received and felt very welcome here, Sav and Josie are lovely people. The location is great also, Inverkeithing is such a beautiful place as it has lots of nature and breathtaking views along the coastal path. And it is only a short train or bus ride to Edinburgh. I'm very grateful for the time I spent here and I will miss this place!!!

The experience was great, everyone are friendly and are like family, you can travel to Edinburgh from the hotel is very close, also you can jogging and walking for the beaches near from the hotel, it's a very funny place beucause you can feel peace and quality of life, if you want to live a great experience, it's a better option. Thanks you very much the hotel, everything was fantastic!

It's very difficult to put into this small space what this experience meant to me. The connection I had with everyone was beautiful, it's emotional just to remember. Josie became a wonderful friend in my life, and Sav, always elegant and kind, was always ready to listen to us. The facilities are very good, working hours are respected, and the work is very easygoing and simple to understand. Plus, it's close to the train station, not to mention the numerous buses that pass nearby. I had the chance to experience a typical Scottish lifestyle and understand the local customs and culture.

This was the best place to enjoy Edinburgh and the beautiful towns around. The hotel is in a strategic area to visit the old town and the Fife region easily. Sav and Josie were very welcoming and great work companions. All the tasks are simple and we always had flexible hours. I highly recommend the hotel to experience the local culture and feel at home in Scotland.

The other volunteers were friendly and helped me settle in. You'll see lots of Kinga and Josie, they are friendly and helpful. Michael also pops in and helps where needed. There's two staff accommodation rooms. The room I was staying in first was not kept in the best condition. The bathroom had extensive mold and limited space. I was in a top bunk bed and the ladder was missing its top step. I brought these concerns to host but they were fixed. Two of the volunteers left after couple of days after I got there, so I moved to that room, and had a much better experience.

Had a great time at the hotel! Was a cute neighbour area and right near the coast! The other volunteers were amazing and have made incredible friendships! Kings and Mikel were also great! Making sure everyone was good and felt comfortable! The work was super easy and very straightforward. I can't wait to see what kinga and Mikel do to the place:) Thankyou! Although I didn't meet Sav, she made sure I was okay and the rest of the team also!
