The hostelwas one of the best experiences I ever had (in a hostel). The place and the people are really welcoming and make the place feel like a second home. I made many amazing experiences and friendships here. The location of the hostelis also really good and the work was as described.

I had the most amazing time in the hostel. Nathan and Kerrie created such a loving/ family kind of environment. This was my first experience with Worldpackers and I would 100% do it again. I met people from all over the world and made life long friends. Wollongong is a very chill lovely place to live. It has a slow beach vibe but if you want to go out you are only a 1 hour train ride to Sydney. It felt like the perfect middle of party and relaxing. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and 5 min walk to the mall which has anything you could ever need.

A perfect place to relax and live while visiting Australia! Nathan and Kerrie were very welcoming and accommodating. With only working in the morning, it is easy to get out and explore Wollongong and Sydney. I had an amazing time getting to meet other international volunteers, and would definitely recommend this hostel!

Working at the hostelis an AWESOME experience. The people here are amazing and I have made so many friends, which makes it so difficult to leave! The rooms are cozy, and the communal spaces indoor and outdoor to hang out with everyone are very nice. I am going to miss the chill vibes and amazing people. If you are outgoing and social and want a place to relax and have lots of free time this is the place. The beaches are amazing, and Sydney is only 1.5 hours away by train. The work is fair and I cannot thank Nathan and Kerrie enough for this experience and for having me here :) <3!

Where to even begin… the hostel, there is something oh so special about you. This place is a solo travelers dream. When I first arrived a month ago I was scared out of my mind. I was so nervous about meeting new people and getting adjusted to a new environment, but as soon as I walked into the hostel, it became a home. I have met so many genuine, kind hearted, caring individuals at this hostel from all around the globe. Everyone made me feel like part of a big family, including the hosts Kerrie and Nathan. If you're looking for a place to meet amazing people, this is it!

The hostelwas amazing! Kerrie and Nathan were super welcoming and great hosts. The hostel had such a cool vibe and had a very family-like atmosphere. Great location too- walking distance to a beautiful beach and town! Tip: You have to try Yachties Donut the hostelfor the best nutella donuts! The work was not bad, it was exactly as described. Doing it with all the other volunteers made it a lot better! Nathan and Kerrie are very flexible and were very understanding. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend to others! 🌊☀️🤗

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel! Kerri and Nathan are very kind and accommodating and the work was easy and chill. All of the volunteers were very welcoming and I am grateful to have made such great friends during my stay! It's also nice that it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach and only an hour and a half from Sydney. I would definitely recommend staying here!
