Es más de un hostel y no se aclara que puedes trabajar en todos, uno cada dia de la semana incluso, nadie avisa esto. Lo mejor fueron los demás voluntários que son lo máximo de verdad es una familia. No habia, fiesta gratis ni descuentos para tours ni traslado como se indica en la app. Si se respetan las horas de trabajo y eran dos dias libres, vi al anfitrion sólo el dia que llegué.

Mi estadía en The portugues la casa estubo bien. Las tareas y los horarios fueron los acordados, particularmente sentí que transitamos la experiencia muy solas por parte del anfitrión. Gracias al grupo de voluntarios con los que nos pudimos relacionar e integrar, el paso por Faro fue divertido. Me llevo hermosos momentos con ellos.

As my first Worldpackers, it is a great start!! I loved the people I volunteered, the accomodation is comfortable and we even got pizza as a thank you gift :). Pedro is super nice and so is Josefina!!

I had a wonderful time in the guest house, even though I almost hadn't seen Pedro and Sonja, they seemed very friendly on our brief encounters. Josefina was very helpful and always treated me well! The tasks were easy to handle and I learned how to put a blanket inside a sheet on a record timing hahaha I made good friends in my time in Faro and I recommend the experience to anyone !

I had a really great experience here! Everything was well organized, the working hours were respected, and the tasks were clear. The room didn't have a window, but honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought — it was cozy and quiet. I met some amazing people during my stay and really enjoyed the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Was a great experience. You have the opportunity to explore Faro and build great friendships. Everyday cleaning tasks are divided among the team and you are free after 2:30. Simple tasks and clear communication.

Minha experiência foi boa! As tarefas são simples e bem explicadas. Os horários são respeitados, o que facilita bastante para organizar o tempo e também aproveitar a cidade. O Pedro e a Sonja são muito atenciosos, sempre resolveram qualquer problema de forma rápida e te tratam muito bem, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia. Um ponto importante é que os hostels tem muitas escadas, então é preciso estar preparado para subir e descer várias vezes ao dia. No calor o quarto sem janelas pode ser um pouco desconfortável.

I loved my time in Faro! It was my first volunteer. The work and schedule was followed and the tasks were easy. You could always ask for help in the group and get a fast response. I met many new friends that I'm still in contact with! Loved the lunches- the food was great and you met lots of new people!

It was not third experience with Worldpackers and I stayed for 3 weeks. All in all, I had a very good and fun time. The working hours are very easy and you have a free day after three days of working. To eat lunch, we always go to another hostel and get fresh food there. I have had enough time to explore Algarve and Faro. I would definitely come back!
