I had a ton of fun! Efrain is an amazing guy and will always make sure that you're doing well :) The other volunteers and employees are amazing people and you'll always have something to laugh about. The main language in all parts of the hostel is Spanish!!!! so if you don't know any Spanish it's a bit difficult... especially in housekeeping. The schedule and hours were always respected and I never had to work more than I was supposed to.

I had an amazing month at the hostel where I met so many people from around the world and made lasting memories. The work was tiring sometimes as it's not work I'm used to, but the time spent with my new friends made the experience so fulfilling. I had plenty of time on my days off to do trips to the coast and even other countries. I had an incredible time and really recommend trying an experience like this!

Tbh, one of the best month in my life. This is the perfect place to make friends, party, hangout and all of that in the city centre! I met amazing people during my stay and I wish I could stay longer. Efrain was really helpful and supportive all the time, sometimes he was hanging out with us, which was really fun. The work sometimes didn't even felt like work (except for the housekeeping shift🥴), most of the staff members were volunteers before, so you become friends very quickly :). Efrain would send us the schedule every week, so working hours were very clear. I will definitely come back💗

I am very happy I chose this hostel as my first volunteer experience. Although sometimes the work was tiring, the hours were always respected. The volunteers and staff are lovely, and I made lots of friends at the hostel. Efrain is very nice and makes an effort to make all the volunteers feel comfortable and have a good time.

I had fun with the other volunteers, they are all amazing people and I learned something from each of them. Zagreb and the coast of Croatia is really nice, thanks to the flexible schedule I had time to explore that. There are usually a lot of volunteers (around 10/13, it's good if you are a sociable person and are used to hostels) and you help in different things (cleaning in the bar especially but also housekeeping and cleaning in the kitchen). The food is good and you also receive tips. Efrain used to be a volunteer as well and is always ready to hear you out!

No primeiro dia todos os direitos e deveres foram informados. A escala é entregue aos domingo, os horarios sao respeitados, os locais sao rotativos, vc pode ajudar no bar do terreo, no rooftop, governança ou cozinha. Dependendo da demanda, o trabalho em alguns dias pode ser mais arduo do que outros... Alimentação: cafe da manhã e almoco sao otimos! Nao ha distincao entre hospede e voluntario (outro ponto positivo, eles se preocupam se o voluntário tem alguma restrição alimentar) Fiquei muito feliz com essa experiência. Obrigada equipe o hostel :)

I loved my experience as a the hostel volunteer! The tasks are easy& fun, the food is great, the staff is really nice to be around (the majority of them are spanish speakers so if you want to practice your spanish, it's the perfect place) and you get a lot of benefits as a volunteer. I felt at home from the first days. There is one thing I would have liked to know before I got there: there will be a lot of smoke all around the place because the customers are allowed to smoke inside so be prepared for that. I learnt new things and had a lot of fun so I recomand this hostel!

For sure one of the greatest experience of my life. It was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have hoped for better. I have met incredible people and discovered a really cool and chill city. The staff is so nice and Efrain very efficient and caring about the volunteers. I recommend it 100% !
