It was my first experience in a volunteer and it was completely great, San cristobal is too beautiful and the people of the hostel as well, as the staff people much as the others volunteers I met, everything is cool but if I have to say things that could improve would be the volunteers house and our schedule, sometimes we received a change of the schedule in the last hour, for the rest I completely thankful for the welcome and the stay, it was a good idea chose this volunteer, I recommend you the hostel 100%, it will be a great experience.

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. It's one of the biggest hostels I have stayed in and as a result there are alot of volunteers so it's a great way to meet new people. The hostel is a great place to hang out and has a great bar and garden area. I would definitely come back to this hostel in the future.

We had the opportunity to work and learn all the activities of the Hostel. The job is not complicated and you can easily adapt to the tasks. We practice English and Spanish, we know volunteers and guests from all over the world and we were very well received by all the workers at the Hostel. the hostel is one of the best hostels we have ever visited. Totally recommended for volunteering!

Volunteering at the hostel was amazing, as soon as I arrived I felt welcome by the other volunteers and the staff. The work varies between serving breakfast, making beds, helping at the reception and doing night shift, it is a fair trade for what you get in exchange: breakfast, dinner, 2 free drinks nights a week and the beautiful facilities. Also San Cristóbal is a perfect city to get stuck in for a couple of weeks, I recommend this volunteering experience to everyone.

A estrutura do hostel para os hóspedes é muito boa. No entanto, os voluntários ficam em uma casa separada que está localizada uns 15 minutos caminhando. Essa casa não possui boa estrutura, é um ambiente fechado que não tem janela, o banheiro e o local de tomar banho também é precário e a limpeza da casa também não é boa, visto que fica a critério de cada voluntário realizá-la. A carga horária de trabalho no hostel é respeitada, sendo que tem tarefas que são mais tranquilas e outras são mais pesadas. As refeições são muito gostosas e também é uma boa oportunidade para treinar inglês.

A minha experiência foi muito boa, pratiquei inglês e espanhol, conheci muitas pessoas de vários lugares do mundo, fiz amizade com hóspedes e voluntários e aprendi mais como funciona um grande hostel. Os horários foram cumpridos e a escala de trabalho é tranquila, dependendo do turno. A cidade é linda e econômica, cheia de coisas para ver e fazer. O que não foi tão bom, foram as instalações da casa dos voluntários, sem janelas, muito úmido e não muito limpo, tornam o ambiente não muito agradável para viver. No geral gostei muito da experiência e recomendo a todos!
