Estuve 2 meses aquí. Mi experiencia fue maravillosa pero no gracias al anfitrión, sino a Brenda, la manager del lugar durante mi estadía. El anfitrión es machista, bastante tacaño y no tuvo nunca un buen trato conmigo, al contrario. Si hubiera sido más amable mi experiencia hubiera sido un 10. La isla es hermosa, pero no recomendaría pasar más de 1 mes, luego puede ser un poco aburrido. El lugar está alejado de la villa, y la mayoría de voluntarios hablaban español por lo que me la pase limpiando y encima no pude practicar el idioma que era mi objetivo.

La isla es preciosa pero muy tranquila, es complicado practicar inglés más allá de los huéspedes. Sean es una persona correcta y generosa, la habitación es cómoda y dispones de todas las facilidades. En mi opinión, en ocasiones las tareas se reparten de forma desigual entre los voluntarios, lo que puede generar algún pequeño conflicto. Si quieres desconectar, y te gusta la tranquilidad es buen sitio, la playa está muy cerca de la casa. Las clases de yoga hay que contratarlas, dispones libremente de las bicis.

Quiero destacar que El señor Séan es un caballero. las tareas no son difíciles. Por ende,hay que tener en cuenta que El señor está solo en el hostal, entonces todo el trabajo es hecho por los voluntarios, y cuando llega otro voluntario el no sabe repartir las tareas, así que un voluntario acaba haciendo de mas, y el otro no hace nada. La actitud del anfitrión así a mi persona, después de llagar a la otra voluntaria fue decepcionante. Me anulo por completo. Al punte de tener que decirle que me sentía un estorbo.Cosa que no tuve respuesta.No hay clases de ingles,ni tampoco yoga, como pone.

El hostal es precioso y la habitación de equipo es genial. Puedes oír las olas del mar. Una experiencia espectacular para conectar con la cultura irlandesa y la naturaleza. El supermercado y el pub de la isla están a media hora en bicicleta o una hora andando. El anfitrión es muy amable y hace que disfrutes tu estancia y de tu experiencia al máximo, lo recomiendo y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Leaving the guest house and Inís Mór was absolutely awful because I had the time of my life there. Brenda, the manager, is the kindest, warmest person i've ever met and she makes the place feel like home right away! Unfortunately she finished up her season and left while I still had a while to stay. Seán is a smart and funny man! He respects the boundaries and hours agreed upon and he has a lot of knowledge about the island! The other volunteers were great. The place is located on the more remote far side of the island, but perfect for nature lovers! I will be back, biggest hugs from me!

It's my second time at the guest house and it couldn't have been better. I feel at home when I'm here and this season was a retreat. We had many guests, I met people, I had great experiences and I got to explore my favorite places on the island. Tasks were divided and organized and our days off were always respected. Thank you, Brenda and Sean for this season, I really felt at home. I wish you all the best.

My best experience with Worldpackers so far. The Lodge truly felt like a home to me, everyone was welcoming, warm, and we were an excellent team. It was really a joy to do the activities everyday, which are very easy to handle, and leave you plenty of time to go and explore the island. Inis Mor is a beautifull place, great for those looking to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature. It's perfect for hiking, biking, and has a long and interesting history. Sean is a great host, very attentive and fun, and Brenda, the manager, is one of the best people you can hope to meet.

I stayed for a month and mainly worked with 1-3 other volunteers and the manager, Brenda. PROS: Brenda went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, even doing extra work to ensure we had the best possible experience; Sean or Brenda drove us to town and elsewhere when possible; Shifts ended at 12:30pm or 3:00pm, so plenty of free time; Was given full access to the kitchen and all the food, could put in requests for ingredients; Flexible schedule. CONS: Most shops/cafes (except for pubs) close around 4:00/5:00pm; Sean was at times unclear with his expectations and instructions.
