Hice mí primer experiencia en voluntariado con ellos y fue excelente! tienen un sistema muy claro de organización, por lo que las tareas se aprenden rápidamente, además son sencillas de realizar . El ambiente es relajado y agradable. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy grata , voy a extrañar a chica pidiendo comida por las mañanas . 🤣 Muy linda experiencia, la repetiría sin dudas . Mi primer viaje a Italia y primer experiencia como voluntario en el hostel fue de las mejores experiencias que podré y e tenido hasta ahora, conocí gente increíble, conocí sus experiencias y las diferentes formas que personas de diferentes partes del mundo ven la vida, hice buenos amigos, tuve una excelente relación y buena amistad con los demás voluntarios pase excelente tiempo con ellos, conocido cada ciudad y playa de la región

La experiencia en el hostel fue excelente. El hostel es súper grande y cómodo, las áreas comunes son agradables y espaciosas, y esta todo súper bien pensado y organizado. Alessio, el anfitrión, es una persona súper respetuosa y amable, alguien con quien podes hablar sin problemas. Está en todos los detalles y se ocupa especialmente de que los voluntarios se sientan cómodos y acompañados. Las tareas son amenas y resulta fácil ser parte del equipo. Recomiendo 100 por ciento la experiencia.

Highly recommend this volunteer! The whole month was awesome. You get a lot of free time to visit any place you want. The schedule is always respected, and they are very open to flexibility. The hostel is perfect, with great chill areas and a super well equipped kitchen. Forever grateful to Maria and Alessio, always nice and friendly, making sure you're okay. Maria is a beautiful friend that I really hope to meet again in the future. Thank you so much, Lecce will forever be in my heart <3

The work was very relaxed and I had a great time! I did the breakfast shift and it was good. This hostel will fit you if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind for a while. There are lots of beautiful places about one hour bus away from the city, and lecce is a lovely town:)

The hosts were kind, fair with the hours and the work. Alessio was always leading the group and attentive to our needs; however, he did feel a bit more distant. In María's case, I think communication wasn't ideal, and she didn't quite know how to convey trust or effective leadership with the volunteers.

I had such an amazing time at the hostel!! alessio and maria are so great and my other volunteers were amazing!! the tasks were well communicated and quite easy (i was on the housekeeping shift) and i had a lot of free time! lots of love <3

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel!!! Maria and Alessio were very kind and welcoming, and they explained the tasks well. This was my first volunteering experience, and I'm so glad I was able to do it here!! The work was easy and gave me plenty of time for day trips, walks through the old town, and trips to the nearby beaches after work or on my days off. It's a pretty quiet area and is perfect for a more chill and laidback experience. Lecce is a beautiful place, and I would absolutely visit again!!

I had an amazing stay at the hostel! It's well-equipped with everything you might need, and the warm, friendly atmosphere made it even better. Alessio and Maria were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. Lecce is also a vibrant and beautiful city, and had tons of welcoming locals. The other volunteers were also fantastic, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend the hostel and would love to return someday!

I loved my stay! Maria and Alessio were so kind and understanding and the hours and work were super easy and respectable! It was great to become close friends with the other volunteers and experience Puglia together!
