Tuve mala suerte porque en el mes en el que estuve apenas hubo huéspedes y no se hacían actividades. Las tareas son muy fáciles y apenas llevan 3 horas al día, un poco repetitivo sin actividades y solo éramos dos voluntarias. La habitación de los voluntarios es compartida también con Suthan, otro trabajador del hostel que vive allí. El hostel está alejado del centro, como 25 minutos , la zona es un poco mala porque está en zona industrial donde no hay nada. Ir a la playa es difícil y lleva mucho tiempo por los horarios y por lo mal que funciona el bus.

Hice mí primer experiencia en voluntariado con ellos y fue excelente! tienen un sistema muy claro de organización, por lo que las tareas se aprenden rápidamente, además son sencillas de realizar . El ambiente es relajado y agradable. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy grata , voy a extrañar a chica pidiendo comida por las mañanas . 🤣 Muy linda experiencia, la repetiría sin dudas . Mi primer viaje a Italia y primer experiencia como voluntario en el hostel fue de las mejores experiencias que podré y e tenido hasta ahora, conocí gente increíble, conocí sus experiencias y las diferentes formas que personas de diferentes partes del mundo ven la vida, hice buenos amigos, tuve una excelente relación y buena amistad con los demás voluntarios pase excelente tiempo con ellos, conocido cada ciudad y playa de la región

La experiencia en el hostel fue excelente. El hostel es súper grande y cómodo, las áreas comunes son agradables y espaciosas, y esta todo súper bien pensado y organizado. Alessio, el anfitrión, es una persona súper respetuosa y amable, alguien con quien podes hablar sin problemas. Está en todos los detalles y se ocupa especialmente de que los voluntarios se sientan cómodos y acompañados. Las tareas son amenas y resulta fácil ser parte del equipo. Recomiendo 100 por ciento la experiencia.

Nice place to relax in the off season. Work is fair and Alessio and Maria are easy going and run the place extremely well.

I had a great time in Lecce! As a part of the cleaning team I helped out to clean the hostel after breakfast, which I did until we finished with the tasks for the day. Winter time is low season there so the work was very light and we were always done pretty early. Then we had the rest of the day to do whatever we wanted to, exploring the city and other places close by for example. I had a lot of fun with Alessio, Maria and the other volunteers, hope to see you again!

My experience at the hostel was brilliant! Maria, Alessio and Antonella made me feel welcome from day one, they're great people and super fun to work with. I did the breakfast shift and everything was clear and well organized. The hostel has a chill, social vibe and we often did dinners, barbecues, pasta nights and mate, which felt like a little family. They even organized my birthday and it was amazing. Lecce is a lovely and relaxed city. Note: buses work well only in summer; the rest of the year you may need a car. Grazie mille! I'd love to come back,truly unforgettable experience! 🫶🏻✨💕

A big thank you to Maria and Alessio! I've really enjoyed my time at the hostel and I'm very glad that I got to be part of your team. Getting to know the other volunteers and spending time with them was also a great part of my time there. During my stay, I was responsible for preparing breakfast, which suited me perfectly. The tasks were clear and consistent, so it was easy to get used to the workflow. In the afternoons and evenings, there was always plenty of free time to explore or relax. All in all, it was a great experience that I can definitely recommend! :)

Paul is a charming person from the first day you meet him; he is very responsible, detail-oriented, and above all, he has a very positive energy to share. He spent 2 months helping out on the breakfast team and I must highlight his commitment to the assigned tasks and the impeccable cleanliness with which he worked. I had an amazing time with Maria, Alessio, and all the volunteers I shared the experience with. Our little family had so much fun, it was really easy to connect with everyone and feel at home! I was part of the breakfast team, working from 7am to 11am, which was great because it left the whole day free to enjoy Lecce and its surroundings. Lecce is a perfect headquarters to explore Puglia, it's super easy to travel by train or bus and make the most of your time ! They are also very flexible with days off, which makes planning even easier. Thank you for your warm welcome <3
