Estar en el hostel fue increíble! Tiago es un excelente anfitrión, amable, flexible y estaba pendiente de todos, organiza el horario de tal manera que todos tengamos un balance entre los turnos de la mañana, la tarde y el día libre. Las tareas son sencillas, el hostal es pequeño y facilita la limpieza de todo el lugar y una vez terminar de realizarla, eres libre para ir a la playa o conocer los alrededores. Y en la noche luego del turno de la tarde puedes disfrutar la vida nocturna. Consejo: Hagan las cosas bien hechas y na la carrera, Go big or go home. Gracias Tiago

La experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena. Lagos es una ciudad bellísima y la ubicación del hostel es ideal para disfrutarla al máximo. Bianca y Thiago son muy amables, comprensivos y trabajan a la par de los voluntarios. Definitivamente recomendaría este voluntariado a cualquiera con ganas de aprender y colaborar en la gestión de un hostel tranquilo y con buena gente. Espero volver pronto.

This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for better! Working in a hostel is such a great experience! I created friendships with people from all around the world. The work is very straight forward and Tiago is very fair and flexible with the working hours! Tiago was so welcoming and kind throughout my whole stay! Lagos is a special place and I hope to come back one day!

My time at the hostel was truly some of the best weeks of my life! From day one Tiago was so welcoming and happy to share his knowledge of the best things to see and do in Lagos. He's a great guy and really looked after us volunteers! The hostel was like a home and the other volunteers became like family. And Lagos is just incredible!! Cannot wait to come back.

My experience at the hostel was the best I could have wished for. Tiago is truly an exceptional host: kind, understanding, and always available. The amount of work is more than fair and allows you to have plenty of free time to see all the beauty Portugal has to offer. The hostel is cozy, quiet, and has everything you need; in short, the perfect environment. I absolutely recommend this experience

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! Lagos is such a nice city to stay in, and there is so much to do there! The hostel is very close to the city center and nice beaches. Work hours were very good, and I always had lots of time to explore the city and surrounding areas. On the same street there are two more hostels as well, and it was also very nice getting to know the volunteers staying there!! Overall a great experience - I can definitely recommend!

This was such a great experience!! I miss it lots. Tiago is very warm, kind, trustworthy and genuine, as well as helpful. He makes the new volunteers feel comfortable quickly! The town of Lagos is awesome, a small town where you can see how the locals live and integrate a little bit, and the hostel is only 5 minute walk away from the beach!! The work is straightforward. The accommodation is quite comfortable! I shared a room with two other girls, one bunk bed and one single bed. The best part was getting to know the other volunteers. This was a super fun month!

This was a great first trip!! Tiago is lovely and really helpful with everything you need to be doing. The area is great and I'm really sad to be going. I would absolutely come back and would definitely recommend this to anyone. Xx
